What beautiful and classy ideas. My whole house is furnished and decorated from thrift stores/Goodwill. I find amazing deals and love my home. I'm on a fixed SS income so I can't afford even Home Goods. Go through guys! You'd be surprised what you'd find
There are other channels that do "thrift flips" but I very much enjoy and appreciate your approach by getting inspiration from high-end stores and recreate. I look forward to Sundays to see your next show! I'm sure a lot of work goes into creating content and wanted you to know how much I enjoy it!
You are by far one of the most talented artists out there. I could watch your videos all day long… Which is a good thing because I am bedridden and they are so enjoyable! I am a great grandma and spot talent a mile away and you are it my dear keep it up!💙
I look forward to your posts every week but then I hate it when they are over! Your projects are so creative and practical, and you always impress. PS: there was a cute little fluted white pitcher in one of your in-store shots that was so adorable! I hope you grabbed it!
Woman- your thrift stores are AWESOME! 😆 Psh- my thrift store is pretty much donated garbage. Like seriously, should’ve just put it on the curb and saved the gas and mileage. 😆🤣
You are good at making greenery and faux flower arrangements. How about a compilation video of all your floral arrangements so that we can see how you style different containers. Thanks
Just come across your videos and love the way you find similar things in the thrift store to the household stores. Living in the uk I envy you your thrift stores. So much choice! I have subscribed to your videos so I never miss them.
I love going thrifting, but I never know how to style them. I love this type of videos I'm finally learning how to do it and not have a bunch of stuff that looks cheap.
Very much enjoy your videos and the way you describe each item and its new changes just brings it to life in a whole new way! You are truly appreciated for your videos. Thank you and keep sharing!!!!! LOVE LOVE your decor!
You have such a great good will...ours here is awful in the sense that there aren't that many stylish options available. Kudos on your flips they are amazing!
Hi Fia love your videos. I just had to say I agree about getting books from the thrift store to use for decor and that they are books you would read. I thought that was just me. Glad to know you had the same idea!
I launder the inserts and either let them air dry or throw them in the dryer. If they come out of the dryer lumpy, I can either remove and reuse some of the batting or throw them away.
As per usual, you are a fount of info. Yes, by the time one buys spray paint and finishing wax, it may not be much of a savings. A happy and unique project perhaps but no bargain.
Big fan here ! Just gotta chime in to agree to an extent with all the others out there frequently commenting on how their area Goodwill or other thrift stores are higher priced.. . I know that prices in general vary greatly from region to region, and from big city to rural within them, so, that can be relative, but today it struck me - man, your's/that one has a lot of throw pillows ! I've been in modest sized towns but they're popular towns, on the interstate, one being also it's county seat and the largest town in it too.. here in a very populated and well-to-do area of western WI.. & we have very few pillows by comparison. Then, they're usually at least $5, sometimes more. I did find 2 pillow covers the other day at $3 ea. which were like-new and go with my decor. So, I'm wondering if being in a big city makes a difference in prices and selection in a good way, when it comes to thrift stores. I'm guessing it does, as a friend from Chicago used to tell me about the gobs of nice yet very cheap clothes in the ones down there.
I've been watching your channel for a while, but had no idea you were in OHIO! I haven't had the luck you do at the thrift store, but I have renewed hope I will if I continue to visit.
Love your comment!! I totally agree!! I only buy books that actually inspire me or cookbooks that I will actually use. To spend good money on books that are not cheap just because the binding matches ones decor, is really a waste unless you got that book for 50 cents. My age is talking also.😂
My first time watching. You have a lot of great ideas. I love baskets & buy them from the thrift store & most of the time they originally came from Home Goods. 😊❤
Happy Sunday haul beautiful lady ❤ if you have a At Home store near you there is 90 percent off on Xmas fall Halloween items 😊 I love what you do and how dupe to your own style. Thank you for sharing these beautiful dupe’s absolutely stunning and high end. 💙💚🌈💜💗💛🦋
Love your idea's and alot of times buisness give those pallets away for free. You can cut them down, sand down, paint or stain and you also can have a beautiful peace and with supplies you usually have in your house!!!
Thank for your vision and inspiration. I have one question; What do you do with all the creations you present to us? I can't image that you display all these in your home!?!
darling..you are so lucky..you have a great thrift store where you live..here in Fl ..where I live..Good will ..., thrift store some time are same price as Home goods and more expensive than the dollar store...LOL....with that said I enjoy your videos..Hugs from FL.
For a cheap stain, buy a folk art or apple acrylic paint. Squirt some in a small bowl and add water. Instant stain in any color you want for $1.50- $2.00
Where do you live? You find so many amazing things in really great shape at your thrift stores! Los Angeles thrift stores tend to be quite expensive for mostly junk. I do occasionally find some things but its slim pickins!
Hi Fia. Respectfully, you shot “Outlet Store” so, I better understand what you mean by “thrift store” now, because, frankly… our nearby Value Village, Goodwill rarely have. Having said that, I’m not far from embassies, consulates, so, will check out that neighb’. …Quite like your grass cloth and the wood statue. Home Goods (Home Sense🇨🇦)? Will check their sale bin then. Cheers🙂.
Fia, I was so happy to hear you say that you purchased books that you were interested in. I think decorating with books is about the dumbest thing I have heard in quite some time. It's probably my age but books are made for reading not decorating
What is dumb about using books as risers for a more balanced look in decorating? It’s actually creative and repurposing something that may end up in a landfill. Even books collected on a book shelf aren’t read all the time, and often collect dust.
Boujee on a budget here 💁🏼♀️I would love for you to make a bed headboard using as much dollar tree materials as possible!! 🙏

I am in absolute awe of your high end dupes. Gives me incentive to recycle some of the items I have right here in my stash. Keep up the recycling .
You are good at making greenery and faux flower arrangements. How about a compilation video of all your floral arrangements so that we can see how you style different containers. Thanks

I am from Australia, and love your practical perspective on decorating, thank you 🙏🏼
You are SO gifted!!!
I love the brief glimpse of Mcgee & Co. Corrine seagrass stack baskets on your shelf. Love those but too pricey for me.
As per usual, you are a fount of info. Yes, by the time one buys spray paint and finishing wax, it may not be much of a savings. A happy and unique project perhaps but no bargain.

Fabulous video! I think this is one of your top five!❤❤❤

I know, when she said she was from Ohio I was like what!?! We have nothing like that near me, but maybe I need to drive farther than 20 miles 🤔😄
That was a nifty idea to frame fabric! 😊
I just love your channel, I look forward to it ever Sunday. 😊

You have wonderful thrift stores - I try but get skunked most of the time. I tell myself it's a good place to walk around in the winter.

Hi...did you add water to the faux stem you have on your shelf? Just wondering if I actually can to that indefinitely witha faux stem? Thx!
I normally do to give it a more realistic look!
Thank you !

Fia, I was so happy to hear you say that you purchased books that you were interested in. I think decorating with books is about the dumbest thing I have heard in quite some time. It's probably my age but books are made for reading not decorating
And I totally do not get turning the book around so the pages are showing instead.
Yeah I’ve seen some buy the over used Tom Ford book several times and put it in their home everywhere. Weird
What is dumb about using books as risers for a more balanced look in decorating? It’s actually creative and repurposing something that may end up in a landfill. Even books collected on a book shelf aren’t read all the time, and often collect dust.
