Hey Side if you are looking for synchronize mons you might want to seek out natu as they spawn during the day (badlands/plateaus) and more commonly then abras. Nyx also mentioned her radar was a natu radar in speedys video when he gave her his bulbasaur radar so might could borrow her radar to get a set of natus with the best natures and synchronize.
When you get to the final evos of pokemon, they will learn all of their Level 1 moves. So always check. Also for mamo adamant is the best cause ice shard. Nice abra Kaiser the abra sychronize trick is a 50/50 I believe if it works in this game You can keep multiple pokemon out at the same time for friendship

Not sure if you end up figuring this out yourself throughout the episode, but you were looking at the wrong Shiny Swinub for the nature. You looked at your first one, which was Gentle. Your second one might still be Adamant.
