Father’s Day Dinner and Dessert

Wild Rice ingredients
Boil the rice with 2 tsp butter and 1 tsp salt
3 cups of wild rice
1 sweet onion finely chopped
1 head cilantro leaves finely chopped
2 green onions finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
1 red, orange and yellow bell pepper finely chopped
1 carrot grated
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil to mix everything together
Chicken breast ingredients
5 chicken breast
1 bundle spinach sautéed in butter, garlic and salt
1/4 red, orange and yellow pepper
3/4 of a cream cheese
Rub for chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Enjoy!
