This video shows how to prepare Dry Fruits laddoo/ Antina Unde in authentic Uttarakarnataka style.
In the Kannada language, the word “Antu” means edible gum(Gondh/Dink) & “Undi” , Edible Gum has a whole bunch of health benefits - It improves metabolism, boosts stamina, lubricates joints, strengthens bones, & is a good source of calcium.
This laddoo are rich in calcium, iron, and protein. It also helps in lactation as well as improves the quality of the breastmilk.
Ingredients Used
1/2 Cup - Grated Dry Coconut
1/2 Cup - Almond
1/2 Cup - Cashew
1/2 Cup - Dates and Anjur Mixed
1/4 Cup - Raisins
1/4 Cup - Walnut
1/4 Cup - Edible Gum
1/4 Cup - Pista
1 Cup - Organic Jagger
3 tbsp - Alavi
3 tbsp - Poppy seeds
1/2 Cup - Ghee
