Great stuff. Back when railroading up and down the Connecticut River Valley was actually interesting. Great to see my co-workers at the GMRC!! So much vintage stuff there.
definatly brings lots of memories...mainly in walpole...and when the trains went thru keene nh in 70s when i was a kid....miss the sounds of the train horns
@@SteveAdair-251 Okay Lol 😄 I'm a long time Railfan of NE who grew up in the Boston area. You railfanned this region when it was still interesting, I stated in the late 1960s with my Father and with the many changes in NE it was great to the 1990s. Pan Am was a nice change with the Paint and SD's but since CSX damn boring. the 1970s to 80s were the best with most of the Fallen Flags around with 1st/ 2nd Gen Diesels and No Graffiti !! I live right off the tracks in Exeter, NH and see the mainline each day.
Today, all those GP9s seem like ancient history but, in 1985, the youngest GP9s were only 22 years old!
Thanks for the memories. Railroading in the Northeast was certainly more interesting than what we found out west.
It certainly was. I'm looking to upload some segments of Rails of the Southwest and some more NZR stuff. Lots of more memories to come.

Good job.

Which one of you is an Aussie or Brit ?
The crew are all Kiwis, the people kind, not the bird or the fruit.
