First off, yeah, I am your annoying strava follower that comments all the time so I decided that it was fair to join your channel hahaha... I also wanted to thank you for all of the valuable content you post here on TH-cam. About 20 years ago, I stopped the triathlon because of a heart condition. Now that I have things under control, I have been able to return to a basic triathlon training but I´m a terrible runner. Your videos helped me understand why I sucked and I will try to improve day by day ;)
