David my girlfriend and her hubby arrived in UK from Aus last week for another holiday, they house sit, saves heaps. Just got pics from Hampton Court Place. They love the history.
@@bernadettelanders7306 Thanks, but I intend to travel around. That would be the ideal situation if I intended to stay in one location, definitely something to think about. Cheers 😎
@@davidjohnpaul7558 they get around heaps, and see so much. must ask them how. They are off to Germany next to visit their son who lives and works there, then Switzerland. Oh what a life, they love travelling. Hubby can still work, semi retired journalist here in Melbourne , online from anywhere, so still getting paid on holidays lol
This is terrific. Charlie, can you get these in other parts of England? Friends of mine are there now and would love doing something like this. They love walking for miles. They are staying in Romford, north of London - and loving it.
This takes me back to my childhood when my primary school took my class on an excursion to a place with something similar to the signs in your video, and taught me/us about European settlement and Aboriginal culture. I can’t remember the exact details of what I learnt about, but it was fun and we had to find each item of importance/sign like you did here for a beautiful medieval British city. Great video Robbo! :-)
You guys are so lucky!!!! What fun, it's so beautiful, when you grow up watching English shows and documentaries you see it as this wonderful place with so much history ❤ If I could get there I wouldn't even know where to start 😃🙆🏻♀️👍👍👍👍, as I'm writing this right this second it is so freezing here in Tasmania even the cat didn't want to go outside 🥶🥴 the thought of wearing a t-shirt today would be mad 🤪😃 awesome guys..thank you heaps for sharing this 👏👏👏👏.
oh I love maps! and I love searching for something with the help of a map :Di think i could become a detective like Enola Holmes hahah apart from that, I have good spatial orientation (like men, because women even forget where they parked their car in front of the supermarket haha)... but I don't want it to seem like I'm bragging again when it comes to about mechanics, technique, repairing something, e.g. devices, I'm a dunce, really, hahahh, I can't fix anything, I'll only mess it up even more, so I don't even try haha), I always, always call my dad or brothers or a neighbor for help, and even recently I noticed that my 7-year-old can help me and fix something, I can't do something and he shows me how to fix it :)
A fun way to learn about history.
Nice walk Robbo. Thanks for the exercise mate.
