@@boogeymanF2P it's Shine?? Last Monarch support As I Remember Was 6 Years And The New Was Thestalos and Caius Fusion Together It Was Last Year Totaly Garbage, Last Month Gaia Got New Supports, What Shine You Talking About.

Good timing. I've recently made a Monarch variant myself. Mine uses both Spell Card Soul Exchange and Floowandereeze and the Unexplored Winds to give me full access to my opponents field to facilitate my tributes.
@@Inu3KL Yeah, like the complaints of floodgates, but not the _flood_ that's being gated. Think about it. A floodgate is pointless unless you had a flood to begin with.
I love your commitment to making content for us! Just wanted to let you know that you should’ve used Stormforth first agains the Grapha Fusion as it can’t replace the effect of a quick-play spell! Thank you for representing my favorite deck ever!
@boogeymanF2P No, because those only target one card as opposed to being able to tribute multiple monsters on your opponents field. It also gets around targeting ptotection.
Hay might be a simple question but why don’t you have an extra deck? I know monarchs lock you out of it but you could still play things like pot of extravagance right?
@@alexwilliams5915 because the field spell says "while you have no extra cards in your extra deck and you are the only player that controls a tribute summoned monster your opponent cannot special summon from the extra deck. Also the trap "the monarchs erupt" is only able to activate if you don't have an extra deck and it negates all monsters on the field who aren't tribute summoned
The deck score is somewhat wrong. On consistency they need a minus 10. I like monarch the most but, god, i could have build 3 houses with the amount of bricks i got.
Won't lie. Since I've returned to Yu-Gi-Oh I've never seen someone play vanity. And willingly remove it themselves. That card drives me crazy. Because I never have the out. Or they have some negate. 😂

God it's soo boring how the gameplan is just vanity's turbo. Extra deck monarch is a way more fun concept tbh. Hopefully when they get support it leans less into the floodgate aspect and more on searching perhaps maybe even without any restrictions on the extra deck for a more fun monarch build.
@@panblu Yes and the issue is when your sole mechanic is just to floodgate and prevent any interaction whatsoever then the fact is no matter how unique the deck is it's boring and the extra deck version does use tribute summoning btw.
