It's time to celebrate my early Christmas Day at home! We went all out and had a full roast dinner with all the trimming, drinks, and games after. the perfect end to the day.

I never really thought about it, we had them since forever😂 but I did do some research and I found out🧐
Google says- : The paper crown tradition can be traced back to the ancient Romans, who wore festive headgear to celebrate Saturnalia, a festival that took place around the winter solstice. The paper crowns are often brightly colored and ill-fitting-but you still have to wear yours, no matter what. It's tradition.
From what I found out it’s a English tradition carried on for years, they come in the crackers with a little toy and joke☺️ hope that helps explain 🤍

Congratulations on having such a wonderful mini Christmas with your family. There was no need to apologize for the shortage of material as this is your holiday as well. I hope you didn't get Clara to wrap her presents that you got her. You looked beautiful in your dress and even more adorable in your matching Christmas PJ sets. Your Christmas dinner looked really tasty ( I agree with you Sophie no sprouts on the plate), I hope you opened up some bucks fizz when you got up and started making your dinner? Also what a great way to finish Christmas in playing games and getting drunk.
