Neocell collegen powder is super good for growing your hair faster....and thicker! I believe they have a pill you can take too but I used to powder and it was not thick at all, dissolved completely in water and no taste
Hi Steph, you'll need to use the Pam for baking that includes flour. Its the same one used for baking cakes. They will never stick. When you use bananas they are extra moist which is probably why you've not had the problem absorbing the regular Pam.

Get you some Baker's Joy baking spray. Nothing sticks with that. It should be right with the Pam cooking spray. It's just cooking spray with flour in it . That's what I use because I hate flouring a pan when baking,so much easier.

Vitamin D3 is good for nails and hair. One cant really control how fast hair grows as it is pre done in our DNA, but some things may help. Use natural shampoos, no dry shampoo, no heat, braid your hair when you’re going to bed etc.

If it’s a honey bee don’t kill a pollinator but wasps they are so aggressive you can use a spray bottle with water Dawn dish detergent and a few drops essential oil and spray them works for any bugs too and it’s not POSION

Did you use Baking Spray or just Cooking Spray?? Baking Spray has flour in it which helps them not stick
also rosemary water helps hairgrowth as well. u just make it at home with fresh rosemary
I would never add muffin/cake mix to a baking tray without using the cases.
