So, remixes and mashups are usually allowed on TH-cam, it falls under fair use, as long as credit is given to the original creator, which you'll see youtube automatically added to the description box. It can't be monetized if it's not like, a reaction or unless you're changing it in a substantial way. You can still add it to your video, but you won't be able to monetize it. If you don't mind that and you try anyway and it still gets blocked, you can dispute it

I would honestly dispute it first, and if that doesn't work, you might have to re-upload with the updated description. I'm not entirely sure, tbh. I've only had one song completely blocked like that, despite disputing it.
