Thank you for the Tutorial. I needed to change the Properties of the SQL Server Instance to Security -> SQL Server and Windows Authentication Mode in order to be able to connect with a new Login.
I created the login and tried logging in using sql authentication but it gave me an error. error code : MSSQLSERVER_18456, which usually means my credentials was incorrect but it wasn't
HI i do all the same thing but when i enter a password for my login and go to connect.... error message appears 18456 and i go check my password and i see that sql express change my password
Hi, I have created new Login as showed here and the new one is listed under Logins. But when I try to connect to the DB using SQL authentication, that login is not listing. I can see only the default sa account. why this is happening?
14:35 I can create user from GUI without issue, but I cannot create login from CMD, get message: Msg 15247, Level 16, State 1, Line 4 User does not have permission to perform this action. I right-click, Properties on my current user I'm logged in as, and gave server role sysadmin and user mapping selected Master database. Still cannot work. What is wrong?
Hi Prabhat, Full technical course of MSBI which includes SQL, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS takes approx. 10 to 15 days if you dedicate about 2 to 3 hours a day for learning and practice. I can say it is definitely a good choice and allows you to apply for various job opportunities like SQL Developer, ETL, Reports and Analytics developer roles. Wish you all the best and happy learning :)
@@virtbiprojects thanks for your response. Can you please tell me where should i start from. I have SQL Begginer skills & little understanding of SSIS & ETL. so if you can suggest the playlist from your channel which i can follow in order to learn fast and properly.

1. Prior to testing our login, we need to set the properties of our server connection to be in both modes.
Very Good :)
