@@JimNgMarketinggreat for you. I don’t know anything about that and/or how profitable that is. I am in Singapore as a permanent resident and I love Asia. The west is horrible. The Chinese population in Singapore 🇸🇬 is a *big concern* for Singaporean national security when they - connect with the authoritarian expansionist regime in China and - subscribe to their version of world views.
whats the purpose of showing his half naked upper body? how is that relevant to the topic? omg my eyes…not sure why continuing this couple’s story is even relevant to adulting in singapore when they have no intention of staying in singapore? definitely, they can make their own choices and whatev but dont see how their choices or lifestyle is representative of an average singaporean. this video just feels like an ad for their company and for them flex how they can own a tesla…suresure wasted 6mins of my life and more typing this
@@fuzzywuzzy318where does he say he owns those cars? Maybe he’s doing car rental business which is very cheap in third world countries. He’s staying in HDB in Singapore.
Dude, yes indonesia is a big market but doing business there is a completely different story. Its not as straight forward as in Singapore. 9/10 times you will lose money as you don't know the customs of doing business. I have seen debtors refusing to pay and there is nothing you can do about it. So good luck
Don't forget your tax obligations when you're a resident in Australia. Your S$3000 rental income is subject to income tax in Australia, so it will only just cover the cost of your A$2000 rental property.
China has been using Singapore 🇸🇬 as a cover for its operations in other countries, including: - getting around US semiconductor restrictions and - hiding affiliation with the Chinese regime.

Because Singapore is a high stress society with not much living space. Moving to Japan is pretty much the same thing as Singapore, the climate in most of Europe is horrible and you'll have to learn a new language. Japan and a lot of Europe also aren't as welcoming to foreigners as the US and Australia. The US is only good if you're rich. Australia is relaxed and has a lot of space, it's a good middle ground.
Actually, Europeans are in general respectful towards Asians. They can be reserved, so it looks like they are unfriendly, but say a greeting and they reciprocate quite warmly! Lived in Spain for almost 7 years, property is purchased with full payment, with garden and pool, in the countryside. Reasonable price tag. Something that we can never own in SG because we aren't rich enough. Children are growing up stress free and nature loving. So looking to Europe is very feasible if you're willing to pick up another language. They do speak English too, by the way. Most are shy to say it though. It's four seasons, though some years, it feels like there's just 2. Winter and Summer. Lol! Temperatures can range from -8 to 48 degrees, depending on which region you choose to live in. South of Spain is generally warmer. We are in the Nothern region, which is cooler.
There are literally millions of East Asians in Australia not just Singaporeans. It’s a paradise compared to any overcrowded or developing place in Asia. It has multiple cities in the worlds most liveable cities list every year. Singapore can’t come close in terms of standard of living for the “average” person.
