'Find the idiot in your group and make sure you keep an eye on them...' I would add to that: if you can't find the idiot, keep any and all guns out of your hands.
18:36 "Who doesn't know how a revolver works and has to fuck with it like that?" *Alec Baldwin awkwardly tries to shuffle away without being noticed.* Joking aside, he knew how it worked. He was just trying to play stupid.
Since the launcher they're using in the first clip is mounted on top of their truck, I'm guessing the tube he threw to the ground was a "dud" that decided to work at a bad time.
The Russian chopper incident at the beginning wasn't in Ukraine. It was worse. This happened during either a war game or a exhibition of Russian military equipment. The pilot/gunner narrowly missed the people who were there to see the chopper perform.
some were wounded quite severly iirc, and if dont missremember it was said it was due to a "electrical fault" in the firing system when they switched the switch from safe to arm (atleast according to the russian military investigation board)
The Pepperbox version of this one was... let's say, unsettling. There are 2 clips not included in the TH-cam version that just won't leave my head. And even the videos included, since uncensored, are much more nightmare inducing.
(my copypasted comment from the original) I'll give some insight to that Polish video: That lad in the span of originally 2 minute video has breached SIX safety sules (including that shot). 1) Hasn't estabilished in front of the table as a no-go zone 2) Has aimed the shotgun above the bullet catcher 3) During demonstration of how to operate the shotgun was excessivel keeping the finger on a trigger 4) Said to everyone on site "here's the safety, but you won't need it" 5) They were practicing loading not with dummies, but with live goodies 6) Aimed the shotgun at the guy's gluteus maximus And noone on site dared to challenge him, because those kinds of grandpa-sports shooting judges are known to have unbudgeable mindsets due to getting permits during the righteously extinct in Poland system, when the hierarchy of any organisation was abusive as hell. The video itself was made in September, but is most likely a leak from evidence database about this accident, which CAN'T be a shooting competition, because as mentioned earlier he was teaching them how to load a shotgun, while the vest was probably something they had on hand on the range to show, who's the "safety" officer. Speaking of what was actually loaded, I've heard of 3 theories: birdshot, slug grazing the flesh without hitting any bones and only wad hitting him, but I believe the 2nd theory, because slugs shotshells are often white and we can see those white shotshells on the table, as well as after spending 3 days in the hospital our harmed gentleman could return home. PS Because of this incident Polish shooting community has modified our mnemonic for gun safety: B - broń (weapon always loaded ---> Breneka (load the slug) L - lufa (barrel) ---> still Lufa (find your target) O - otoczenie (surroundings) ---> odbyt (target: anus) S - spust (trigger) ---> strzał (shoot)
There's not a lot you need to know about the A and T. Most situations are state jurisdictions. There's not a whole lot of interstate moonshine and cigarette smuggling these days. Some of course, but it's rarely if ever, big enough to be deemed worth the cost of federal investigations. Especially when manufacturing and possession isn't illegal in most states. Where it is illegal, like here in NC, it's handled by the ALE(alcohol law enforcement) agency. There was a market for tobacco. People would ship them from the South, up North. Because it was so much cheaper. Not so much anymore.
Greetings from Saudi Arabia. Tbh, nah I don't blame ya about the lack of gun safety, I'm fairly certain people here just genuinely don't know blank bullets exist + have better gun safety training.
Hey Kit, don't know how interested you are in reacting to gaming vidoes, but I would really like to see you react to BaronVonGames. He mainly plays battle simulator games, mostly Ravenfield, and seeing as you are a vet, I thought it would be a good match for you, (maybe even giving commentary on what you would do differently to win). You don't have to, just a cool idea I thought of.

Ha!
I am the idiot in my group, but I'll still watch my brothers like a hawk (too much stupid shenanigans as kids.)
my house holds at least one idiot minimum. sometimes i have company lol.
I spent 17 months in the Middle East while on deployment. I felt that "I never want to go back." comment in the very depths of my soul.
"Thanks to DeleteMe for sponsoring the show."
Morbidly ironic sponsor for a Darwin Award video.
First guy's life got saved by the person who developed the minimum arming distance lol

"if he hadn't left all his blanks on match game, that woman would still be alive."
The more I look at it, the more it looks like someone got away with murder
I don't ever want kids but my baby cousin brings out instincts and reflexes I never thought I'd have, good on that mom fr!

And Brandon knows what about the A and T parts of the ATF?
You know the Alcohol and Tobacco.
I'm pretty sure living in Texas taught him plenty about tobacco and alcohol. 😂

I miss Kira
Same! But I'm sure she's living life and having a blast. We'll miss her, but be happy for her!

"please support the original content-creators"
aint that on a darwin-awards video the dipships who shouldn't handle firearms and or their cameramen?
How did this happen

I'll at least look into it! Thanks for the suggestion
I recommend Pepperbox it’s worth it….. because this Darwin awards was actually a little hard to watch still worth it
