Brother, i need to know how outbound call works ? Agents will make outbound calls for payment follow-up. Also we have issue that , we cant purchase numbers in Saudi for outbound calls since message bird not offering VMN with outbound voice capability. is there any way to integrate MessageBird with our cisco voice gateway ? (CUBE).So that calls from MessageBird can be routed to voice gateway and hence call route to the final destination . Thanks
Hi Laura, as per my understanding, you have to verify that phone number from your DB by creating and connecting a REST API to the flow, then further you can send a reply to that user.
