Leadership lessons from Dhuryodhana: Shouldn't create negativity amongst the subordinates. All the pressure should be taken on one's own shoulder. At the time of difficulty should approach higher authorities, not subordinates.
1. A leader should never demotivate or discourage his subordinates.
2.A leader should hold all the tension and pressure on himself.
