That j.H was to buffer the 5L so that the input would be easier. It's the same thing people do to make supers after air combos not come out as air DRs or SDs.

@@chokza0238 because his spirit bomb is pretty much worthless at this point. Only reason to go for it is when he's the last character standing and can kill with it otherwise you'll almost never see his spirit bomb again and I generally dislike the idea of a move being useless
