What I got from this Mv so far is that the lyrics "Until the flowers of this love has blossomed this heart won't be at peace" explains the last scene where the flower blooms from the man's heart and the bird flew away which denotes peace I think... The man died which means he will meet his lover afterlife and in peace... So life is not going to be in the way Cuz both are dead and in peace... BUT I AM STILL TRYNA PROCESS IT!!! Edit: OMG I just realized that the tribe which the man founded after crossing a river is a metaphor for souls... And then the transition shows the real world in which the man is lying dead... And the flower blooms symbolizing peace afterlife!!

The tribe is a metaphor for Souls. Which means the man dies too and GETS accepted up in the real world(where the girl already is and is being treated so well). Then you see the man lying dead and a lotus blooms and the bird(his soul) flies , implying that the man has found peace and is free with his love. They both have found their place up and are together and satisfied.

So you know what’s crazy.. I watched an old One Direction Movie and ... Zayn bought up how he normally distances himself from large crowds in order to get time to himself and get satisfaction.. BRuh lol. Genius!! But anyway about the MV, I think Zayn was referring to how he could always do right but life will find a way to make/break you when you’re trying to do is be the best you. The symbolism was the guy losing his “love” and then going to the ends of earth to find peace with the loss and try to move on. However, interestingly he didn’t find peace until he was no longer struggling with life... between Zayn and Beyonce I just can’t with trying to figure out their minds!!
