@@jpchevy440 he is very washed from the player he once was 3.8 ypc and only 876 rushing in 17 games is his lowest and yea the 12 rushing TDs most from the goal line

But Kellen also hurt his running chances to... But if he's back with us next year we gone see a change that's if McCarthy knows the blueprint smh... Because his style of offense is a lot of passing too

Also rbs usually don’t last long in the league due to the punishment on their bodies (especially someone who runs as hard as him). But he gave everything he had to Dallas and I would of loved to see him finish his career in Dallas.

I don’t know why casuals don’t understand how big this is for the pats they struggled very bad last year in the redzone to score one of the worse redzone teams in the entire league Zeek at this stage of his career ain’t the #1 but he can for sure be a 3rd and short redzone power back/pass blocking type of guy which is doing wonders for the patriots Stevenson is the guy but remember he doesn’t play full seasons without missing some games so Zeek can be there to handle the Job love this signing go pats 💪🏾💪🏾

He woulda never got that money if 1 more season played out. He and his family screwed is ALL over. Our team has suffered because of him getting paid. Now let’s talk about Jalyon Smith a second. Dude sucks and he is also another reason (Jerry’s fault) that we didn’t have more cap space to grow our team. Jerry sucks. Stephen sucks. And we will never win a ring again with Stephen taking over. The future sucks for us. Oh well.

zeke was light and fast his rookie year but what football fans don't understand is that to last in the league as a RB is that you gotta be able to last all season taking hits, pass protection, be a 3 down back and get in the end zone in the red zone. zeke wasn't explosive but that isn't what makes a RB great. you gotta be there every down every game and every season. he was always there and I never wanted him out of Dallas. I've always said this but you need a heavy work horse and a light quick back to complement him.

Don’t think I’d dispute it wasnt a bad season for him, even though all career lows. He never lived up to the contract and it’s such wear and tear at that position. Have to move on

He was a product of a better offensive line early on. Travis Frederick retired and that’s when zeke “slowed down” dude still got it though. Teams prepared for zeke hard too. It became stop him, and you can win.

I wish he didn’t do the holdout in 2018… if he took a decent RB deal he would still be on the team. He split Carrie’s and played injured this year and STILL almost broke 1K rushing. Gonna miss this guy.
Mccaffrey didn’t have to wait to be paid the highest rb salary ever. Then didn’t do shit the next 2 years. But folks shit on zeke.

Just watching these runs I feel like Zeke has a balance issue. And a lot of his runs seem to end out of bounds. would like to have him back at a cheaper price. He is a lot better than what we have behind Pollard right now.
hes still good lol . no way people are mad at 900 yards on 70 less carries in a season with one more game than when he came in + splitting the rock 50/50 with another great back. getting 12 touchdowns in mostly redzone situations is fairly impressive on its own .I don't think people realize how all those consistent 3-4 yard gains open up a play book . these highlights are visual evidence that they clearly wanted to create a dual back system that benefits each of Zeke/TP's play styles . since mccarthy stepped in its been a dak offense anyway . watching the games it seemed like Kellen was using Zeke for necessary short yard gains to get down field more efficiently, whether that was creating shorter/ more manageable 2nd Down/3rd Down down situations or powering thru on short Down situations to secure an easy 1st Down. Dak turning the ball over 15 times is why we didnt see Zeke pound the rock to close out games instead we need to look for TP and CeeDee to be playmakers in the big moments. he went from averaging 19 carries a game to only 13 a game . this isn't a productivity issue nor is it an issue at all, they are assigning him a role to play that wins us more games . Dak turning over 15 of our offensive possessions needs to be accounted for, especially the scenarios some of those pics were thrown in. zez=ke isn't and will never be a reason we lose games. Haha can't stand this Toy Story ass mindset these fans have , they see buzz lightyear on the market and now woody is chopped liver , fuck that. we couldn't get it done for D-Ware He left , Tyron is gonna retire . This organization owes it to this man to keep him around to retire with that star on his helmet. not only did he put his body on the line to give us a chance every season, he wants to stay a cowboy til he retires and honestly his play isn't the reason we lost games out there . we know who it was. obviously for the right price blah blah but it would be so sickening to see Zeke go when we all know dak is the one shitting the bed when we need him. He needs to switch the ball in his hands. He’s always running with the ball in his right hand and if your running on the left sideline you have your other hand to use as a stuff arm. Simple stuff he could do to improve on a a team if he gets picked up
Frustrating stuff. I remember he used to break a defense down and then break big gains in the 3rd and 4th. Just never got that burst back. Still a great short yardage back and blocker but no longer a home run and hasn't been for a while
Gonna miss Zeke yeah he got slow but still a warrior played the whole season on a messed up leg n still got decent stats n for sum reason the line dnt block for Zeke like they block for Pollard

I’m I missing something??? Sure he doesn’t run as fast as he did in the past but I can’t say that he’s slow either. If anything what I did see was that he kept getting tackled by a single arm. May be I just missed something but if anyone can clear that out for me I would appreciate it.

I think people don't actually watch cowboy games and just look at stats. Ever since they started throwing more and made the offense about dak the carries for zeke have consistently gone down. Not only that but the oline primarily the center and LG have been terrible the past few years in run blocking. The only good interior olineman we have his Martin so that doesnt help for his style of running. His avg was 3.8 this year but that's a result of them using him for majority of short yardage situations while playing hurt.
The man is literally sacrificing his body for a down every play. He runs strong too
Feel like when a player gets his first big payday, he loses some fire in his belly and just trying to stay on the field rather than playing your heart out. I guess that's what separates the decent players from the all time greats.

I hate that he's been reduced to just a bruiser back( See Ohio state and the first 2 years)..The " cure" for him is running sprints 60 plus yards daily excessively and get his weight down to @ 215lb..work on pass catching, Most backs think added cushion protect from injury...I doubt it. Darren Sproles played at 185 for centuries. Since he is ( was?) A Superstar...he won't do anything different. I enjoyed his play, and will mourn him in the unemployment line ne t to me.
