@@sancochito25usually use it against any champion with a good start to the game or that can apply a lot of damage like jax, darius, renekton, riven, teemo, sett, yone, there are a few more but in my opinion these are the main ones, one more thing, i recommend avoiding camille against renekton and jax, are by far the worst matchups

I really hate that Camille's second special doesn't grant immunity against attacks nor case grievous wounds when it lands

Why Fleet footwork over Conquer or Grasp?
Probably sustain, because in the lane phase fiora have more pressure
