Hi guysss, so for the longest time I struggled a lot with self worth, and really loving myself. I knew what's Gods word said about me but I struggled to believe it. I would often times think I wasn't good enough, or that I had to be more like something I'm not in order to be accepted, especially by people, well a guy to be more specific 🙈. God showed me the importance of knowing my worth and loving myself simply because of the two greatest commandments;
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:30-31 NIV)
So yeh the second commandment, love my neighbour as I love myself. How can I effectively love my neighbour as myself if I don't even love myself? In order to first love myself I had to truly know and believe God loved me.

if your happiness always depends upon somebody elses keeping you happy then youll always be a victim of circumstance.
I am currently in a season of loss and rebuilding my self worth in Christ after a devastating divorce. This helped me soooooo much!! God's best to you!!

I needed this so much... Your words were so empowering I broke down crying. My whole life I felt like an outcast and I deal with anxiety and as I get older it seems to get worse. I always worry about how others view me and how I look. I always feel left out because I don't have a lot of friends but if God wanted certain people in my life then they'd be there. I’ve to say this is one of my biggest struggles. As a dude I’ve tried to love myself but time and time again.... it’s back to my original negative thoughts. Pray for me please
I'm going through a tough breakup atm. The breakup made me realise how much most of my confidence came from the vain kind of love, I didn't honestly love myself. I really honestly needed that. THANK YOU!!!

i've struggled with low self esteem since childhood till this year. and even lost a relationship cos of that. i prayed for God to help me every chance i get. now i'm learning to love myself again, i have more scars and marks on my body than normal. and it also affected the way i felt about my myself. now i started accepting it.since there's nothing i can do about it. i was always in pants, now i can wear a dress and not be scared (even though i sometimes am conscious about if someone is looking). lil by lil im accepting it. i have flows, not perfect. i think im an ok person and yet no good man comes my way.
so a friend who is pretty, tall and all. i also am not bad looking. but whenever we are out, guys approach her more than me. infact almost all the time. and they dont even look at me. i wonder what is wrong with me? i mean i think i look fine, not vain but not bad . i just wonder sometimes what is the issue. is it cos of my marks ? then it starts again. ive been in relationships and they leave me.

I am a married women, angry and disappointed with life. I grew up believing and feeling the value of myself because I was a child of the King of kings. Go back almost 3 years ago. I didn't feel valued by husband of 12 years. Life event had taken a toll on both him and I, things got very hard. I began to think that it would be best that I focus on myself and took the wrong path of the WORLD and fell weak into a affair. Fast forward today I feel less value and unaware of myself. Looking for some words of encouragement for a very depressive day I clicked on your message. In trying to find myself and my happiness. I grew further away from the value God has upon me.
Today I feel is God pursing me, because of the value he holds for me. One that a man cant give a peace that only you can tear away from your own self.

Thank you so much, god knows that I really needed to come across this video and watch it because I am currently dealing with insecurities and feeling like I'm not good enough for certain people and just really lost focus on God and so much more that I'm struggling with. I’m glad to see this kind of video on TH-cam bc ppl fail to realize that beauty isn’t always baking your face or doing some skin care. I don’t like to share my feelings but I have to do it. During all my entire life I have never felt beautiful. At all. I’m always feeling like something’s missing, like I’m not beautiful enough. Even if ppl tell me that I’m beautiful I can’t see what’s beautiful in me and it hurts me...

You are beautiful. I understand exactly how you feel. This is how I felt after my bf broke up with me. I started feeling like no one would ever love me again and that there must be something wrong with me. I'm still working on it but I realized that first I must love myself and god and then I will have the strength to find a guy who will treat me right.

The holy spirit let me to this video today and I cried bitterly as I watched. I'm going through the same season in my life and I honestly believe the Lord brought that man into myself to show me how much I needed to work on my worth in Him.
It's a hard process and I realise how much my father has influenced my low self worth but thank God I have a new identity in Christ.
