Why does it say invalid notification token when I try to CHANGE MY PASSWORD.. IT DOESNT LET ME DO THIS...PLEASE ANSWER ME ASAP..HAVE BERN TRYING TO CHANGE PSSSWORD FOR 2 HOURS. KEEP GETTING SAME MESSAGE !!!!!

My frame gets stuck 2-3 times every day. About every 2-3 hours. It used to be once a day. When it gets stuck, it gets really hot. I need some help please!

If you followed the re-set instruction for your Nixplay Original as indicated in this video and the issue still persists, we would need you to send an email to support@nixplay.com We would need you to provide your frame's serial number and a video of your Nixplay that shows it is not working. After this we would be providing you with the next steps.
Your frames are very unreliable. I purchased 3 frames at $250 each and 2 failed. Your products are just not designed properly and you do not stand by your products. Not buying your products ever again.
I opened this thing up and the reset whole goes nowhere. Is this a joke!

Did this and it does load the progress bar for a split second - then goes to black and nothing.

Mine paused right at the beginning of the loading bar. Over an hour stuck there.
