Those look so delicious! I'm sorry you've had illness in the home. Hope your mom doesn't come down with it and I hope that Dude will be feeling better soon. I made your Wonton soup today and it was yummy. An air fryer is on my wishlist and you are so right about a regular fryer using so much oil and the smell being unpleasant. You do such a great job of teaching us how to make good food, thank you!

Excellent video and recipe. I love Spring Rolls. Have not made them, but I will try this recipe for sure. Sorry you both are/have been sick. That's no fun. Again, thanks for the video. I just did a 2.3 lb PorK Tenderloin in the Ninja Foodi...Pressure Cooked, and then Air Fried....turned out well for Pulled Pork. Will have to get another tenderloin for your recipe. Feel better #Team Flo (LOL) Hadn't noticed that until you mentioned it in this video, but is pretty appropriate...Dude and Flo are an awesome Team.

@@FloLum It's safer for me to make them than to have them at a restaurant, because they can often have shrimp or be cooked with utensils that cooked shrimp. I always thought Egg Rolls had Shrimp and Spring Rolls were vegetarian or at least without Shripm..Not so, I've found out..the hard way. They are a cheat meal for me, on Keto...but the wrapper is fairly low carb, if I have just one...I've seen other Keto friendly recipes use cabbage as a wrapper...same for Pot Stickers. Would like to try that, as well.

@@FloLum I looked high and low at my grocery store today for the Spring Roll wrappers. In fact, I couldn't even find the Pillsbury crusts I use for Pot Pies, as I was looking for them, as well...Maybe I'll have to go to an Asian Market for the Spring Roll Wrappers. I did make Chicken Cordon Bleu today in the Ninja Foodi. Turned out great. Used Almond Flour and Panko to cut down on carbs. Made a creamy Dijan sauce to top with... Used Prosciutto instead of Ham and Grruyere instead of Swiss....Used thinly cut chicken breasts and then pounded with a meat hammer. Air Crisp mode in the Foodi for 25 min at 390 F. Sauce was 3 tbls butter, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tbls Almond Flour, 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup half and half, 1 cup shredded Parmesan. Topped with Spring Onions.

Hi Flo & Dude! Thanks for this air fryer recipe! We got one for Christmas and I haven't tried much except one recipe (battered fish) from their enclosed cookbook which was an epic fail! So sad the cookbook they give you is for the birds. So believe me, I can not wait to try these! Your recipes so far have never failed me so am hoping I can handle this one too.
(Seriously an air fryer cookbook of your recipes would be great! )

I made deep fried Philly Cheese Steak egg rolls for the first time last week using large wonton wrappers. I found that I wished my filling was a bit dryer because the excess moister steamed the inside of the rolls in a way that reduced the crunch factor.
