I just observed that after looking at all the Key+Sherpa videos. Not once when Sherpa enters does he go to Jodie. He always runs straight through to the living room and waits there for Key. Maybe he waits to greet her later after things with Key calm down. It just struck me as such a contrast to Key’s equal initial enthusiasm at seeing Jamie as well as Sherpa.
Im sure sherpa does its just these videos are probably not as focused on that as much. However this video was edited differently and definitely gave more insight into how everyone interacts with each other so that's probably why you guys are noticing it more now. This was a super cute video

Love his face when you first told him he was going to see key. Usually he is so talkative but he got real quiet and was so shocked he couldn't believe it lol. Love him. He even said he wasn't hungry, which we all know he loves yummy treats. But all things can wait for best friends💜

My malamute Orion always knew when we were going to visit his favorite people. About a mile away he’d start howling and turning circles in the back of my little pickup truck. It’s been almost 50 years and I still miss him every day. Best dog I ever had. Watching Sherpa and K’yush make me so happy.

Sherpa's body fur is more brown than Key's fur. That's how I cant tell them apart by looks. Both are gorgeous doggies.
