4 stroke , nice , just sold my Suzuki 2005 DRZ 400 haven’t been riding much last couple yrs , kind of miss it , mint showroom condition , but got more than I paid for it 17 years ago.
Awesome bike Joe! My first bike was a 1990 XR250 and I loved it. I "upgraded" to an CRF250 then a KTM200 2-smoker and they were high maintenance. I always thought I should have kept the trusty XR250. That is in great shape, keep us posted!
I had the 500. Brings back memories. On a side note, are you still running your buffer tank with drain tile coiled up inside and are you happy with it? Does it interfere with your Hudson valve? Thanks Joe!

I had the 2005 version. Great bikes. A friend had an 89 cr500. By far the most exciting bike I’ve ever been on.

Yes. Still running with the drain hose in the bar for tank and it works perfectly.
