It gets rid of arthritis and does you well. I still have a 5 hour window every week were i pound oreos, Coca-Cola and beer.
You are out of ketotis over a certain level of sugar intake - general is below 50g but some people max out 20g a day to make sure. You can crush vodka soda/tequila soda lime etc with that allowance. Fucks you up though, alcohol on ketosis.
