To correct it, make sure you can see hidden files in your folder, as well as system files. The JPEG is marked as one (or two) of these, and deleting it solves the issue.

I still remember this song even now. Looking back at it now makes me remember how amazingly chilling this remix was and when I was younger it gave me images of how Fluttershy would be really scary if she was actually creepy. Because the show in itself is so innocent, and how Fluttershy is the most quiet one and the kindest one in the group, imagining her becoming like some creepy horror movie villain would be absolutely terrifying.
