I still think it is wild that beings this strong can be manufactured. Just like 17 and 18 just appeared and outclassed the majority of the cast, Cell max and the Gammas did too, despite how much stronger the cast is overall now.

I think Saiyan Scholar made a good video on him and how he would be stronger than (Super) Broly.
The Perfect Ending for this movie would have been a single cell slowly beginning to regenerate, and it would be left hanging on whether he'd come back weaker, of Prefect as he did when he blew himself up in the Cell Saga. Would have been cool to see a Sequel where he has to ascend by absorbing Gamma 1 and 2.

Man I swear Toriyama really missed the opportunity to bring back perfect cell max cared about thus making him transform into Beast Gohan but still I actually enjoyed watching this movie on Blu-ray it was by far the latest and the greatest dragon Ball movie ever made I cannot wait to see what will they do with the next dragon Ball movie I think it's about time they need to create a new world tournament and allow other side characters achieve new forms I want to see krillin achieve his own version of ultra instinct since anyone can learn it but it requires training with Whis in order to achieve it I want to see full power Tien and full power Master roshi even Yamcha truly deserve a new form for once instead of being treated like he's just a meme he used to be a powerful fighter before he got destroyed by a green little explosive creature😢 only dragon Ball fighterZ campaign gave him justice 😢
Personally, I think Dr. Hedo feared that his mental programming wouldn't be enough, which is why he dragged his heels as he feared the possibility of Cell Max rebelling had he been completed! Why else would he put in a weak point to trigger his albeit weaker self-destruct?! One of the biggest issues, Dr. Gero & the OG RRA had was their inability to control Androids like Android 8, 17, & 18! The OG Cell was only loyal to his programming to become perfect! That was it!
If he was finished he would look identical to how he does in the movie, that is his final form, he was just a mindless animal and would be smart if completed
I could be wrong, but I feel as though Perfect Cell Max could become a reality in a future Dragonball anime. If not in the main canon, he could at least exist in Super Dragonball Heroes.

You know what, that Perfect Cell Max design is fire, I would have loved that. He look different, And kinda like Gamma q and w with those eyebrows. He looks silent, And obedient, more so than Gamma 1.
I feel like he would kill Gamma 2 for stepping out of line, but not Gamma 1 since they're more similar, but he would still think Gamma 1 is far inferior than him. Kinda like how Lucci acts around Spamdumb in One Piece.

@@aperson6888 are you saying that Lssj Broly comes close to Beast Gohan it's been confirmed that Lssj Broly is just stronger than Semi Perfect Cell Max and if Goku went MUI against Broly he could've ended the fight with one punch because MUI uses all your strength on attacks so we all know Goku has a lot of strength but he doesn't use them but in MUI Goku could do that but still even if he knows Tiens kikoho , Goku's Kamehameha , piccolo makankosappo and other things beast Gohan still beats him in Strength and Speed but he has Piccolo's regeneration so Gohan needs to finish that with a single attack like a Ultimate Kamehameha or Masenko to destroy his energy sphere or destroy all of his cells but Gohan still wouldn't be having that big of a deal with Perfect Cell Max

The reason why he would be stronger with mind control, is the same reason we see vegeta meditate in the new Mangas.
They realize that they are very strong, but they let too much power leak out when attacking and defending. This is why Jiren was so strong.
Without a mind to control and focus the power, it doesn't matter how strong you are.
They should have made the movie about Picolo only.
Had him reach a new form, while Gohan awakens his mystic form, but this time it has a redish white aura like beast, but still mystic.
Then after Picolo kills Cell Max, the next arc starts, and the enemy is Perfect Cell Max and he kills Picolo, and Gohan rages into his Beast form.

I watched this film in japanese with Russian subtitles... (I speak/read neither but it was the best quality version I could find at the time) and Cell Max came sooooo out of nowhere with out knowing what was actually going on hahaha

They explicitly show when he's actually starting to be built in movie amd manga which takes place years after the Moro arc. As for your comment we also don't know everything the Red Ribbon Army knows since again, it's been years between the Moro and Super Hero arc. We don't know how often Goku and Vegeta train on earth in their Ultra forms throughout all that time.

I don't care how powerful anyone claims cell max was, he didn't really feel like a big threat in general. I feel like they had to nerf Gotenks in that movie by having Goten and Trunks mess up the fusion dance just so Gotenks couldn't take him out in just a short fight. I'm probably wrong, and I'm fine with that, but I feel like a properly fused super saiyan 3 Gotenks would've been more than enough to deal with the imperfect cell max

To clear things up, there is no PERFECT Cell Max. Only difference is that he wouldn't of been mad and probably would've fought more efficiently. I don't know why a lot of people think he'd be like Perfect Cell. There's nothing in the movie or manga to support that theory.
