They never had an issue w/ Sailor John when Lost Treasure came about 2 years later! And what's worse, when he was brought into the Thomas Creator Collective, he was in his evil persona, but then after Races on the Rails, they had the nerve to suddenly make him a nice guy while Diesel becomes the main villain (which bafflingly stales in contrast between that and his portrayal in CGI). I feel the role should've gone to Diesel 10 to try and kill off steam from Sodor and Diesel be the one banished from the Dieselworks through a redemption arc (oh and Lady was added in Brother Bother in the Knapford scene despite one of Mattel's executives not liking Magic Railroad). Also, I like the friendship between Sidney and Percy cause the latter is the one of the few engines that understands him.

@@YouSoJames because I thought when I originally bought it it was official, but taking a closer look and noticing things that are missing, it was a bootleg. look into it and you’ll find them
I’m not sure if Diesel 10 was ever out of character. Some might say he is in “Calling All Engines” but I don’t think so considering he’s still very threatening (I love the growl from Michael Angelis in particular) and the engines are still terrified of him (and they were clearly impressed and astonished at the same time that Thomas got Diesel 10 to help). And while he did get embarrassed at being scolded by Topham in “Day of the Diesels”, he was still very manipulative. And what I like about this episode is that they acknowledge how long Sidney was wheel-less and finally give him his long-awaited wheels. Paxton was also great when he refused to help Diesel 10.
I honestly like how he is in CAE and in the CGI series because it has nothing to do with Magic Railroad. I like how Sir Topham Hatt scolds Diesel 10 and how he feels scared because it shows that Sir Topham Hatt has control over ALL of his engines. No offense, but I find Diesel 10 overrated in TATMR. I don't like the fact that Diesel 10 just has control over himself instead of having a driver. If they didn't cut out P.T. Boomer in the film, they should have made him Diesel 10's owner/driver to make his inclusion more meaningful.
The engines do have ideas of their own to carry out, even with their crews you know, even those who are villains and antagonistic. I also see Diesel 10 as a rebel who answers to no one, not even The Fat Controller since he believes he can do whatever he wants as stated in Magic Railroad. The CGI series should have Diesel 10 with his debut portrayal intact which would've been perfect enough.
The director’s cut of TATMR is also overrated because Boomer makes Diesel 10 a useless villain as well as making the Thomas part of the movie pointless.
@@dylanlyles9453 As well as my point. You do know engines often have their own ideas and desires to do which their crews play along in the background in the show for years. Nothing wrong with that.

And to think I once *LIKED* this episode!
Here, they should've just had Diesel 10 try to destroy all the buffers on the Island to make all the steam engines' Christmas a misery for them like in the original TATMR script or something, because THAT would've at least been better than the piece of sh*t we got!
It's like day of the diesel mix with the Grinch
2:25 where did that footage come from?
We'll just need to call Diesel Ten "Twinkletoes", won't we?
It’s also his best episode by default since it’s the only one he ever appeared in.
Yo, you’re back
If we’re going to be continuing this worst character episodes, I pick Toad and the Whale for the worst Oliver appearance.
I mean, I understand why they gave TOAD of all characters a good number of lead roles, and Oliver got jack squat
2:06 BONK
I don't know why, but I'd prefer Nitrogen Diesel 10 over CGI because of the lighting looks too bright in CGI.
Nitrogen is CGI. Why didn’t you just say Arc?
Do one for Diesel himself.
Name a bigger downgrade than Diesel 10, I'll wait
The reason why D10 reappears in CAE will never be solved
If I recall they brought him back because he was popular.
Great choice for the worst Diesel 10 appearance
I'm not sure which I think is worse, Calling All Engines or this episode. It's a shame this is how Diesel 10 went out
In My Opinion I Don’t Really Think The Missing Christmas is The Worst Diesel 10’s Appearance I was Very Good Decent Episode From Season 17 I really like the idea of making Diesel 10 as The Grinch but I wish they Make The Missing Christmas a Part 2 Episode or Full Christmas Movie Special
I like the episode
I honestly wish that D10’s only appearance were TATMR and CAE
Well, another appearance had to be made to get Diesel 10 back to his evil proper character as the last one on a perfect one, even in CGI. If only DOTD has it.
Nice! Who’s next?
11:51 where did this clip came from 🤣
2:25 Where is that footage from?
I’m saying it now.
This episode was honestly decent.
Bruh what kinda torch is that?
I love TATMR
7:48 Bruh you were in a discord call?
Yea this episode made Diesel 10 a bit childish. I prefer his appearance in magic railroad. Not my cup of tea.
This was his onl non movie appearance its sad its his worst
4:21 what is that from
how are there bootleg smiling diesel tens and how would u know?
@@YouSoJames because I thought when I originally bought it it was official, but taking a closer look and noticing things that are missing, it was a bootleg. look into it and you’ll find them
Do the worst Thomas episode yet wonky whistle not other episodes that are the worst only one wonky whistle

Di
@@DavidBContentExtravaganza3967 MY point still stands
The director’s cut of TATMR is also overrated because Boomer makes Diesel 10 a useless villain as well as making the Thomas part of the movie pointless.

@@dylanlyles9453 As well as my point. You do know engines often have their own ideas and desires to do which their crews play along in the background in the show for years. Nothing wrong with that.
