    The moment the waterhens in the video started crowing, my quails started squawking as if they were responding to them🤣

    There’s quite a lot of them along the two sides of the Rail Corridor where you can find tiny constant streams of water shaded covered by vegetation.

    These guys are really common in my corner lol
    They often make sounds that resemble laser sound effects in video games.

      Yeah they're actually quite common if we try to look! But yes they're very vocal!
      We also have another laser-sounding bird that you might be able to hear at night! Definitely an episode on that one soonnnn 😉

    Hello..I ever came across these birds foraging near kallang river in early morning.Are they related with herons? And are they native bird in S'pore?🤔

      Yes they’re native! But not related to herons!! Although, yes, both are heckin cool and can be found near our rivers!! 😍

      Maybe u shud do an episode on parakeets! Just saw a bunch of red breasted parakeets munching on peacock flowers seed pods at outside TEG
      They do appear at sunplaza too munching on the peacock flower pods

    Never knew or seen these birds in sg b4, they look like land penguins 😂😂
    Speaking of birds, around changi hawker area, I've seen like groups of green parrots (?) with red beaks as well as really BRIGHT yellow shiny feathered birds in Pasir Ris area. Always so fun to spot them although I dont know what they are

      well,first time I saw them and they did not run away but then my father went there and the water hen ran away😂
