    Ingredients:
    Gourd cress, লাউ শাক
    Salt, নুন
    Green chilli, কাঁচা লঙ্কা
    Mustard oil, সর্ষের তেল
    Chopped dry chilli, শুকনো লঙ্কা কুচি
    Black cumin, কালো জিরে
    Chopped onion, পেঁয়াজ কুচি
    Procedure:
    First take out the leaves from the gourd cress and wipe it well and cut it into small pieces. Now steam the chopped leaves in a pan for a bit. Then take it out of the pan and cool it down. Now take a mixer and grind it with salt and green chilli. Heat oil in a pan and temper with dry chilli and black cumin. Add chopped onion and fry it a bit. Then add the gourd leaves paste. Let it cook for a while so that the moisture can completely dry out. Now turn off the induction. Serve with hot white rice.
