2 questions: 1. when you choose faces to mesh, you also chose 2 lines on the upper part of the body. For what purpose? 2. when you swept the hole for 4 different part, does it have any inaccuracy?
I pick 4 points (not lines) to define the corners and direction of sweep for the mapped mesh. This is a perfectly accurate method for sweeping a hex mesh around features such as holes.
This is very very good tutorial on how to partition the CAD to create a quality mesh. I wish more people can see this!
