Caleb, maybe in addition to the Hammer Financial Score, you should also give a Risk Of Homelessness score. Like who is going to rent to someone with a 400 credit score and utilities in collections? There’s a lot of folks on your show that are a few more bad decisions away from living on the streets 😢

@@aang6421 for a healthier and easier option you can roast them on a baking sheet at 425 until nice and crispy, for a more true to fast food option you can deep fry them in the oil. If you fry them, let them rest a bit, then fry them again, then toss in the seasonings directly after frying they will be extra crispy and delicious. But the roasting is much easier and healthier. If I roast them I season them before cooking, if frying I season directly after.

I came from a consumer household. My mom always having Amazon deliveries and she was purchasing even more when she got her motorcycle. She did instill the same values onto me and things were “I’ll just put it on my CC and pay it whenever” for a while. And when I got in over my head by maxing out my credit card at 5k at 21yo she just said “welcome to the real world.” I realized she had no money, at 53yo and had a mortgage, rusting out car, a 25k motorcycle, and credit cards up the yaza. She then didn’t have money for a roof replacement so I lent her 1500 and I was broke. Thats when I learned that I can’t get stuck like that. My mom was relying off my sister and I to house her when she gets old. She has no retirement, only 45k that lost 15k during covid and hasn’t recovered.
