Happy to watch your authentic Paree recipes that too from a Parsee chef. I have a question, on the oven ...you mentioned the degree n time but not whether both burners should be on. Pls revert on the same. Aware all ovens are different, but need to know from you for this recipe. Thanks
Greetings Behram. I came upon your channel while surfing for some recipes and after watching your Khara Papeta Ni Marghi, I tried it out with amazing results. Delicious!! Thank you. Straight away I subscribed, watched several more videos and I plan to continue doing so. Regarding the Farcha recipe, can I gently steam the chicken portions till they are tender but not cooked through, let them cool, marinate them for a couple of hours and then fry them? I do this when making Chicken Chargha and it works out just fine. Where do you record your shows? I noticed that you used 'SHAN CHAAT MASALA'. I do too. I'm a Parsi senior citizen living in Karachi. Hope to hear from you. Cheers!
Thank you for watching my videos. As for the chicken Farcha you could steam them but it would be better to marinate and fry them as I showed in my video for a better end result. I record my videos in Germany. Enjoy!!
