Catangnan-Cabitoonan bridge a.k.a. AFAM bridge because a lot of foreigners are hanging out on it. AFAM means “ A Foreigner Assigned in Manila” which later on became a popular term to all the foreigners especially Westerners and white people.
im so happy that you finally visited the Philippines and experience some tourist spot in the country, when you visit again please try visiting different provinces in PH and experience different traditions and culture. Like the famous Apo Whang Od traditional tattooing and more.

the bridge is called Catangnan brige. licals jokingly call it AFAM (A Foreigner Assigned in Manila) brigde for the obvious reason. Afams are western foreigners.
