@@mysteriesofthesuperstition6793 honestly the idea of the mine belonging to the Apaches? well it was their territory. what the land is being used for is unimportant, it's who is using the land that matters. A simple analogy is coming home and seeing a stranger digging a hole in your front yard. Why are they there? that's less important than the fact they shouldn't be there.
There is a mine there up against the base of the mountain behind the bushes partly covered with bushes and cave in or backfilled some near the Palmer mine which has a locked steel plated vertical shaft flat on the ground and the Palmer mine is marked with quad markers in the area. Do not cross the Palmer claim and be careful around the cave type entrance to the backfilled ole mine in the mountain base right up on the base of superstition mnt. I was unable to clear enough to enter because of snake's might be booby trapped also. Upon leaving the area my partner and I were watched and shot at from a man quite a distance away and the ground was kicking up around us very quickly as he was getting his distance right. Also we noticed a black hand print on one of the rocks in that area and some other native markings.
Perry Staten Staten should have snuck up on that guy shooting at you and shot both his kneecaps out, question him about the gold and left him for dead. Self defense!
We were camping out there one time and I woke up the next morning and I had a black hand on my butt. What was that? Is my butt cursed? My wife says it is. She says it smells like a burial cave.
I watched a documentary on the History Channel recently. On the show it was said that there were only 2 survivors out of around 400. According to the show the 2 survivors were Peralta famiky members, I believe the show said they were cousins.
Good morning, I can see the praying hands very clearly. To the right of that I see a wolf howling, does that fit into any of the stones carvings? Best of luck, Tom.
I spent 3years looking in those mnts. And found 2 mines . One that matches and one above where James Clavey body was found that was a silver mine from the 1940s and some heiroglyphs and map of a B. Fayware 1942 on top of Black top Mesa.
He said the religious people were not interested in the gold or the money. Hahaha..That would be a first in the history of religion.. the religious leaders were probably skimming the gold that was supposed to be going back to Spain and they were probably hiding it somewhere 🤔🤔🤗😀
I have listened to many tales of the Dutch man's mine from many different people a geology person suggested that the Peralta and the Dutch mine would be close by each other probably from the same source Indian problems required that the Dutch man hide himself and the mine plus any signs that he was digging his life depending on how good a job he did of that even one mistake and nobody was going to rescue him so probably a cone mine very hard to find he could dump his tailing in a ravine when it rained no other time had to be a slick operator or the Indians would have catched an killed him
No doubt much misinformation has been passed down over the years in this regard in order to embellish an distort the facts. Promoting Arizona tourism perhaps ? I will confess Arizona is a very beautiful mystique state.
RIP Charlie I wish I could have shared with you what I have discovered, you guys were in the wrong location by far~ I used the peralta stones to find the location then put the latin stone in only to find I was in caverna aurum not an actual mine, but the latin stone pointed out 3 gold mines as well as the cavern of gold and a waterfall on gold bearing area!
how about i make a clear statement about the crosses . as we face the picture you show us , the the cross on the left side with the map symbols , that cross locations is correct ! it does show a real location ... that's all i will say at this time .. anyone can mistranslate but the map only truly fits one location correctly ... i am 100% sure of that ...i know where these symbols line up and they are not just a lot of crazy drawings . it is a real map ..! when i do go public i will explain how they fit the legend and why ,,....i will even say that i believe these crosses came from the jesuit church graveyard, when the attacks started they took the crosses off the graves to hide where the graves were , hoping to put them back if they returned , i believe that is where the crosses came from ...i believe the attack started deep in the mountains and they only trapped them when they came out in the open desert ... that's why the two groups were so far apart , they split up and went 2 or 3 directions
Thank You guys for another eye opening story. You all are Heros for being some of the best at keeping history alive. Take Care

The Stone Cross maps were not found anywhere near Superstition Mountain. A guy named Bilbry found them about 10 miles to the east.

Don't know about gold but some Southwest Native Americans did mine for turquoise long before the Spanish looking for gold arrived.

Perry Staten Staten I heard the black hand meant NOT TO GO ANY MORE, STOP AND DON'T GO ANY FURTHER.

Apache used red hands as a symbol to leave etc not black paint. Black is like a copycat so to speak
I believe you're talking about the mine just south/west of Siphon Draw. Very hard to see.
Great video. Thanks.
Robert Posey thanks, Mosey.

how much of the ground is private,,,,,,above the houses ?
The hills have eyes!!!
Is the Peralta mine the source of the Santa Anna Mission story?
Just imagine all the items that are still hidden waiting to be found.
This would be much better if you used a drone and did video clips or took photos of the spots you're talking about and had them in your videos.
12:45 just two guys talking here... 🤣
Awesome!
Sorry the amusement park ride didn't make you laugh,..have you tried the clown?

Since cortez landed in the Americas...the Indians knew that the white man valued gold. They could trade it for horses...food...guns....
