Goddamn and the wind was howling no,one has the balls to go for that Green, we couldn’t see where it landed but when he asked for the putter it was the best moment in golf for me ⛳️

      @@joeversgrove7129 What do you mean? Just that particular day and time or during the entirety of the Cup? During all the matches, tons of guys went for that green. I’m almost positive that at least a few other guys did actually get onto the putting surface. I know one day Rory hit one just about pin high but it ended up on the fringe to the right. To each his own I guess, but if you really think that somebody driving a short par 4 is the best moment in golf, then I think you might need to maybe watch a little more golf.

    My father passed away in 2017 and we talked about coming to this event. My brother and I were there to the left of the 1st green. In the video, it is me who yelled "get in" 3 feet after he made contact with the putt. After he made it, Bryson looked in my direction. There's something spiritual about life and how things play out. That moment for me in all of sports will go down forever as the greatest moment to me of all time. This sounds crazy and unbelievable but it happened. It will always go down as the greatest moments of my life. If Bryson was to ever read this post I just want to say. Thank You.

They expect his game to go wild because of the power he puts on his swing but he figured out the mechanics and equipment to break through to the next level of Golf. John Daly had a long game too but consistency was an issue. There are amateurs out there doing the same thing and trying to break through to that level.

While all that is great there is the way he carried himself that truly truly impressed me. I stood behind this guy from the moment he burst on the PGA scene simply because he was different and this came after reading ARNOLD PALMER’s book A GOLFER’S LIFE,there’s a part where Arnie talks about how BEN HOGAN never gave him a chance to be a Tour Pro let alone a Winner, why? Simply because Arnie had a different golf swing, apparently BEN said “Arnie stood a better chance at being successful as a second hand car salesman and not on tour” which hurt him so bad coming from such a well respected HOGAN and thereafter I took a decision to stand behind every single golfer who has a different swing and has made it work for him to be taking the best players in the world on the grueling PGA TOUR.
    Most people thought I was crazy to support Bryson and I stuck to my guns,read everything I could on him in order to understand his unique philosophy to the game of golf and my am I happy he is on top of his game right now.
    I want him and MATTHEW WOOLF to dominate the game of golf,because they are just different and used their uniqueness to their great advantage and to the dismay of many🙌🏿
    Congratulations to him and TEAM USA 🇺🇸 by the way, from a TEAM EUROPE fan who doesn’t live in any of the 2 continents😉✌🏿🇿🇦 but love the game of golf.

    Bryson is changing the game the way Steph Curry changed Basketball.. everyone will look to hit longer soon enough just like 3 point shots became so popular

    • @LTR1420
      @LTR1420 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Doubtful. Rory already admitted he tried to chase more distance after seeing what Bryson was doing, and it messed his swing up for awhile. Bryson has put in a crazy amount of work to find some control while hitting it miles. There's not many guys on tour willing to rebuild their game for the sake of distance.

    • @BenjaminRodriguez-dt5gz
      @BenjaminRodriguez-dt5gz 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LTR1420 my point is you will see this come out in the next generation of players.. 13-15 year olds changing the game. I said it will happen soon enough, it is more and more likely the case. I know the young pros in my club are working everyday on faster longer swings to get that ball speed up.

    NOBODY but B.A.D. Bryson could pull this off in front of the whole fn world and all the Brooksy Bioches after his 417 eagle shot on day one. The total purse at the Long Drive Contest is like $125000, $50K to winner...chump change for Bryson, and they no doubt need him, and like he has with golf, he will grow the sport! Bryson hits Tuesday at 12PM. Anyone know where it's televised?
