What changed?
Rifle is amazing! Now Chrono has insane healing, access to resistance and barrier, and higher might output!
You can run any elite, and you can swap Precog for any other utility skill depending on the needs of your group.
Chrono has huge access to stability, loads of self survivability (blocks, distortion, stunbreak and blink).

Hey im new to healing and wanted to try rifle chrono and i wanted to know what gear stats, runes, build etc. you are using? Is it the same as the snowcrows build but with staff/rifle as weapons? Ty^^

The build is at the top of the description :) it's quite different to the snowcrows build. You need toughness to kite (unless very experienced), and we use different utility skills that are required for the mechanics on the fight :3
