1-1.5 years back, price was 50k/metre only. Now they are asking 1.25L/metre. Only 35-40% sector occupied by End user, rest are occupied by PG/Guest houses or are vacant. Brokers have spoilt entire Greater Noida sectors by pricing hike. These sectors will not settle out, unless prices come down.
