Hi... Amazing free hand work. I have a couple of questions and would be grateful if you could answer them.
1. Which top coat do you use?? Does the top coat smear stamping?
2. Do you use nail polish or acrylic paint for free hand work??

You can use any top coat and it doesn't smear the stamping if you apply it when it is dried
