They’re both 10/10 recordings on my opinion. I find myself listening to them back to back because they somehow both have unique sounds to offer whether it’s the cathartic guitar at the end of the live version or the more subdued instrumental at the end of the studio recording
@@melmel6253 naw the studio version just has an entirely different atmosphere (which actually kinda goes for most of their stuff) it's a lot more laid back and relaxed while the live version is grand and energetic and uplifting
This was fucking awesome. My favorite song at first was Night Cruising...then it became Long Season and now this version of Weather Report came into my life. I cannot wait to listen to more Fishmans music. The drumming in this is so tight, bassline is groovy as fuck, honzi's violin playing superb as always and Shinji's guitar and voice are iconic.

@@elpalodecaobamistico well they already have Eastern attention, so if they got more Western attention they'd have global attention, and isn't that good?

Ok, need help ! Do you know bands or music, that are similar to fishmans ? I find that its always cool when people share music in comment :) every good music video should have comment about similar song ...
Maybe Polaris and So Many Tears, both bands were formed by Kashiwabara Yuzuru, who's the guy on the right side of this video. If you want to search them here in TH-cam, you'll need to add a "Japanese Band" to find them.
i can't even listen to the studio version anymore, this version is superior in every way imaginable
