lol I showed Agust D to my boyfriend years ago and he got hooked into him so I basically introduced Suga and he became his BTS bias afterwards. Then when I called him Lil meow meow he got angry with a "why you callin' my bro like that?" face and I showed him some memes about it. He questioned me a lot after that lmaooo
Agust D is Suga from Daegu !! And « idol » refers to a celebrity working in the field of K-pop so when he says some rappers should be thankful he is an idol I think it’s a diss to all the rappers from the underground scene who looked him down for being an idol. Also note that a lot of rappers in idol/kpop groups are not really good at rapping and don’t even write their own bars lmao. A lot are formed for being rappers because they can talk fast and are not good enough at singing. It’s clearly not the case for Suga so this line is just a reminder for this rappers who used to make fun of him. He’s saying « yes I’m idol but don’t get it wrong I can fckg wash your asses with my bars ». The whole song is a diss track x). Ddaeng is one of their most famous one but it’s full of korean wordplays. You should watch the explanation video because they are dissing without using any slur or shit like that lol.
so im just here to comment this again can u pls react to other BTS songs? here is the list i wanna see u react to next: 1. DDAENG 2. BOY MEETS EVIL COMEBACK TRAILER 3. TEAR (BY BTS' RAPLINE) 4. MA CITY (LIVE PERFORMANCE FROM HYYH CONCERT) 5. ALL THE CYPHERS, ALBUM SOLOS AND MIXTAPES 😂 and thanks for ur reactions man! i really appreciate them. even the first one. i just can see how honest ur being. i know ARMYs can get really overwhelming, but that just how we are as a big and really passionate fandom (especially with clickbaity thumbnails that can trigger negative reactions 😂) but i think ur good tho and i think u rly mean well and id really love to see more of ur reactions to BTS 💜💜💜
Bro, this whole mixtape is a must react. There’s a skit mixed in that’s him and his brother chatting, everything else....... FIRE! This guy spits flames🔥🔥🔥🔥 I used to thing Suga only knew curse words in English...lol This guy is dope. Don’t even get me started on his lyrics. I think you would love “Do You” by RM and “Outro: Tear” by the whole rap line. Two of my favorites! The cyphers are fire as well! Also the vocal line has some cool stuff too like “Singularity” by V and “Lie” by Jimin.
Half a million a year (back when this was released). Now their new album has over 4 million PRE-ORDERS. It's not even out yet. GROWTH. From the D means hes from Daegu 🙂
You're finally here! I understand why the ARMY would recommend this song-- those bars burn-- but I also think it that to really understand it, then you have to listen to the whole album. SUGA released this mixtape after the height of his struggles with social anxiety and depression. You have to understand, Korea is a very conservative country and the idol industry is notorious for keeping their image squeaky clean. I cannot stress enough how much of a taboo mental health struggle is for them. You simply do not speak of it.
But SUGA did, the true rebel that he is. I suppose it has something to do with all the physical, mental, and emotional sacrifices he had to make for his dream. He went through poverty, fought with his family, and literally broke his bones to be able to breakout in the music scene, as a hip hop artist and music producer-- only to end up becoming an idol. Idols are not taken seriously in Korea. BTS has since broken out of that mold, but you can just imagine how hard of a hit that must have been to him when they were starting out. If you listen to 724158 and The Last, it'll give you an entirely new perspective on Agust D. I think he wrote that track the same way you'd tell yourself "I can do this" to bolster your own confidence and self-esteem because if you don't believe in yourself who would? It's a form of bravado, to keep himself from breaking apart. Listening to the whole Agust D mixtape feels like catharsis. It breaks your heart and drives you to tears, but then you'll find that you can breathe again-- deep, cleansing breaths that leave you exhausted but feeling light at the same time. This man has come so far since then. Nowadays, the name SUGA is equivalent to MinPD, a highly respected producer and full inductee of the Korean Music Copyright Association. His music still cuts, emotionally and mentally, but now it is also more mature and self-accepting. I personally I think it's impossible not to feel connected to them when they create music beautifully and genuinely... So I hope you truly are enjoying yourself discovering BTS 🙂
skdjskjd i get here more fast than yoongi’s rap. please army, vote for yoongi on fanplus for ‘idols that born in march’. we need to show our love to yoonie.♡
The funnier is that he wrote that in 2015, they weren't as known as they are now, so a big part of what he says is premonition :) Their is a quote among the ARMY who says : "What Suga wants, Suga get" and it is so true !
3:13 he said ''far from the sugar'' because his actual stage name(bts) is suga- which is very close to the word 'sugar' and it's sweet, but, he is not(from the way that he spits bars n shit) making him far from being a sugar 5:10 he's from Daegu. AGUST D means agus= suga backwards dt= which is his past underground rap group called 'd- town'
If you want to hear more about the rappers (jhope, RM and suga) the BTS rapline has a series of cyphers, there are 4 in total, you might want to check those out, there's lyrics videos of the cyphers so you can understand what they're saying and follow along, also each of the rappers have mixtapes RM: ''RM'' and ''Mono'' Suga: ''AGUST D'' J-Hope: ''Hope World''
To paraphrase Suga's own words, "If you listen without prejudice, you will like our music". It's good to see how your reaction changes to have a bit more understanding of their songs and lyrics as you progress to know BTS better. I like watching reaction videos to BTS by other artists such as dancer, vocal coach, performance director etc, because I can get different POV in why BTS is such professional abd great artist. Even though you was a bit dismissive of BTS in your first reaction video to Black Swan, I still really appreciate that in the video, you as a dancer acknowledged the clean and beautiful choreography. Please react some more. I am going to subscribe.
I love your interpretation of lyrics - it is clear you just FEEL it. Honestly, you are becoming one of my favourite youtuber reacting to BTS cause you care about what they try to tell us with their songs :) I will skip recommending you songs you could react to cause I see a lot of people in the comment section already did it. I hope that at some point you will become interested in them as people - there is a lot of videos showing their more "human" side. Please, let us know when you are ready to get to know them :) Also, from time to time give a chance to vocal line, they are awesome - just to make your reaction more diverse :)
When Yoongi says he's from the D he means Deagu it's his home town. 😉 he has major pride for his home town. They did a song called Ma City where each of them brag about their home towns. AgustD stands for Suga, Deagu town. Deagu Town was a old group he used to be in. Agus is Suga switched around and TD is Deagu Town
I love all of the rapline's solo works but RM's "mono" mixtape/playlist is something that I'd love to recommend to you. Though not as hard-hitting as his previous work or compared with Suga's, the mixtape in it's entirety has the ability to build you up and then tear you back down. It's definitely an emotional rollercoaster! If you do ever get the chance to listen to it, I recommend NOT playing it on shuffle. It was made to be more of a playlist than a mixtape, and each songs' endings flow into the intro of the next - leading to a crescendo when the final note of the last song is heard. Again, the entire BTS rapline are absolutely incredible and listening to all of the solo work really allows you to understand them, and their different styles and approaches to music. "mono" is just the mixtape that has REALLY connected with me emotionally, and helped me through some tough times. Happy listening :)
AGUST D IS ICONIC. I'm still waiting for the comeback. Yoongi (Suga) said that he's working on his mixtape and he's about to finish or maybe we already did it. I'M SCREAMING
aka this wasn't BEFORE bts, this song was released in 2016 which is 3 years after their debut lol. All the rappers have mixtapes that they've released while still in bts and the singers have released solo songs. As of now, Suga has one mixtape (Agust D, 2016) out but has said that his next one is ready, he's just waiting for a good time to release it. RM has a mixtape (RM, 2015) and what he himself called a playlist (Mono, 2018), so 2 solo albums, the first was harder in terms of beats and all that, I'd say, much angrier, but the second shows his growth as a person (it's still fire but is more chill, hence why he calls it a playlist). J-hope has one mixtape (Hope World, 2018). The lyrics are amazing in all of their tracks so I'd definitely recommend at least reading the lyrics after listening to the songs, if not watching a lyric video or mv. Also, there is some cussing in bts songs (it's not exactly as clean as some people would expect sometimes lol). This song definitely does have more cussing than usual in it, though, probably since Agust D shows more of Suga's aggressive side, but this mixtape is also where he has opened up even more about his past when it comes to different mental illnesses and struggles he has/has had. It's very personal to him and I would say has made us even closer with him as fans and supporters. As you've probably already been told, how open bts is about their struggles and acknowledgement and understanding of how difficult life can be sometimes is one of the reasons why armys love them so much. They tackle a lot of taboo topics even if some serious backlash could come from it (for example, they have a song and mv that many speculate is about the Sewol tragedy because of all the symbolism in the mv and lyrics (Spring Day) and could've been blacklisted by the Korean government if they had been too open about it). Suga and bts are always unapologetic when it comes to their lyrics, but Agust D just hits different sometimes, y'know? Sorry for such a long comment, it started out as a couple sentences and then this happened lmao
My favourite thing about this song - the beat is made from a sample of James Brown “It’s A Mans World”... Yoongi’s production is no joke 🤩🤩🤩 if you listen closely you can hear “nothing” and “man made the cars” sampled, as well as the brass from the start of the song
There is this Hip-Hop hidden gem from RM that not many people talk about, but it's honestly my favourite collaboration with western artist and the meaning is deep and all in English too. Try 'Change' feat. Wale.
give it to me is so cool, react to rapline's songs: Solos: 1. Agust D - Give it to me 2.RM - Joke & Awakening 3.J-Hope - Baseline & HANGSANG Rapline together: 1.Cypher pt1-4 2.Cypher Medley Live 3.Tear Live (find the one that has subs) 4. DDAENG & The explained video from DKDKTV cause its to complicated to understand thru just reading it bc there a lot of wordplays and korean references
It was so cool to watch your reaction!! You have a personnality i like 🙌 And it I can recommend you something appart from the 4 cyphers, it would be "ddaeng" and "tear" from bts 💜 And u can listen to their mixtapes (agust got 1, rm 2, hope 1) too if u r interested
Also if you want to here Suga's more emotional and raw song react to The Last. He still raps like a beast but talks about real shit about himself and his past.
Mad love for rocking the purple, yes this mug went hammm. Can not wait for your reaction to RM-Joke 6our not going be able to breath from all the smoke and flames coming off that.
Songs feautring only rapline: the cypers (1-4), and outro:tear are great, all rapline have their own mixtape songs like jhope's baseline, airplane, or daydream are fun. Rm has joke, do you and moonchild , suga has give it to me , the last and tony monatana.
I recommend Ddaeng by the BTS rapline. There’s a video of a Korean explaining the lyrics that foreigners won’t be able to pick up because the translation doesn’t do it justice. If you listen to ddaeng I recommend to watch the explanation to get a better understanding
I really recommend you react to his song The Last, it’s such an amazing rap that’s so dark and deals with very serious issues, thanks for the reaction!
FYI: the sample he used is from A Man's Man's Man's World by James Brown. Thanks for listening to BTS. If you got time, please react to Joke by RM. He is the leader of BTS. watch the one with English Subtitles. Prepare your milk cuz it's pure fuego.
Our spitfire Yoongi aka #AGUSTD was the lyricist, composer and producer for this 2016 mixtape! It was released Free (FUSE ranked it as one of the best mixtapes of 2016) Rereleased 2 years later in 2018; “Agust D” reached #3 on Billboard's World Albums Chart, #5 on the Heatseekers Albums chart, and #74 on the Top Album Sales chart!💥 Min Yoongi was 23 yrs old when he released Agust D.... 🔥
Just a heads up dont let us confuse you when we call Suga by any of his names! Suga = Yoongi(His birth name), Suga (BTS Stage name), Agust D (solo name).
suga is from daegu town which is why he says "i'm from the d" min yoongi is his real name. suga is his stage name. agust d is his alter ego. agust d is basically suga spelt backwards and the dt stands for daegu town where he grew up in korea. I believe daegu town is the name of the underground rap group he was in pre debut but i might be wrong so don't quote me.
He is from Daegu Town💜 Also you need to react to his whole Agust D mixtape please🙏 '' The Last '' by Suga aka Agust D lyrics video because there's no music video is must to watch
You should also try his song "The Last" its story of his struggles during his teenage years. its a sad song but you will able to know him more after listening to that
You need to listen to Joke by RM Give it to me by suga The last by suga Do you by RM Chicken noodle soup by J_hope Cypher 1_4 Outro:tear by BTS (J_hope goes off) We go by BTS Daeng bt BTS And all the other bts songs
Just to let you know, everyone of these guys is equally amazing at what they do, and they all have their own thing. Then they come together and blend to hone their craft, from writing desk to stage performances. Everything, with purpose and heartfelt. 💜💜💜🔥🔥🌎
I love how your wearing purple and have a purple background💜💜 I don’t think you know this but it’s kinda ironic cause purple is a really important colour for BTS. They created the phrase “I purple you” which means I will love and support you for a long time to come. Wherever they go on tour usually cities will turn buildings purple for them for example Empire State Building and Wembley stadium turned their colours purple for them💜
Outro: Tear live is a must, they get so into it, is amazing to witness. Also you have to check out Ddaeng and the lyric explanation video because the rap line snapped haaaaard but if someone from Korea doesn't explain the way they use metaphors and word plays in the lyrics you miss out on how smart it really is, so check out boyh the lyrics and then the video explaining the lyrics.
He’s from Daegu. He’s proud of that, since he’s mentioned more than once about being from the D. Since people are already recommending the BTS rap line songs, I’m still just going to recommend a sick performance video of BTS. It’s full hip-hop vibe live performance and I think you will really enjoy it. I love it. The video is called BTS Come Back Home + No More Dream + Mic Drop.
Suga was teased by other underground hip hop artists for his name sounding similar to “sugar”. Meaning he’s a softie. He’s no softie when it comes to his rap. He goes by the nickname, Agust D which is Suga spelled backwards. he’s from Daegu Town (DT). A city in Korea.
The breakdown of the name AgustD is that spelled backwards as DtsugA, DT stands for Daegu Town (the city where he's born and raised and where is underground rap career started) and then SUGA his name in BTS
agust d stands for suga (backwards : agus ) and the td stands for D-town/Daegu town, which 1; is his hometown (Daegu), and 2; the hip-hop crew D-town, where he was working as a producer/rapper before he debuted with bts (funfact: his name back then was gloss ^^)
There are also the rap songs they have on the BTS albums and on soundcloud as well There’s Outro: Tear , Ddaeng, cyphers 1,2,3,4 Also LOVING your reactions so far ❤️
i watched all your bts reactions and i respect you! love how you pay attention to their lyrics and try to break it down. one of the biggest reasons bts has such a huge fanbase is because of their message. it's just incredible how positive their influence is on people. they talk about mental health, politics, oppression, self-love, etc. and they're very good with introspection. it shows through all of their songs which they produce, write, and compose themselves. most of their songs, music videos, and lyrics have literary and film references. they also have an ongoing story arc (BU - Bangtan Universe) which i don't expect you to dive into but everything you'll hear or see from them afterwards will be thrice more impactful. to put it simply, bts just makes albums documenting their journey from adolescence to adulthood. from building their dreams, to their struggles, their sacrifices, to their growth, their vulnerabilities, and defining their happiness while on the road to self-love and knowing themselves. i would recommend you reacting to some very special BTS songs: Born Singer (2013) BTS' remake to J. Cole's 'Born Sinner' - th-cam.com/video/8cUQ3lF3_O8/w-d-xo.html /i'm hoping you'll react to this because you'll understand them way more faster and deeper than explain videos etc. just understanding the lyrics to bts songs will give you good knowledge about their history, experiences, and character./ Nevermind (2015) - th-cam.com/video/8XszuvnvzyU/w-d-xo.html Epiphany (2018) - th-cam.com/video/fIkZOLsnoqY/w-d-xo.html Ma City (2015) - th-cam.com/video/rOCyL3SVsi0/w-d-xo.html Live - th-cam.com/video/nb-H3DdXNUA/w-d-xo.html No More Dream, Just One Day, & I Like It (Live Band Ver.) - th-cam.com/video/BFqF-3qTzRg/w-d-xo.html /this one doesn't have eng subtitles but you'll see each of the member's charm when performing with a live band in a chill setting. appreciate their flows and energy together/
oh and i see a lot of people requesting ddaeng. watch the lyric video here: th-cam.com/video/LbSU1_SG91w/w-d-xo.html and watch the explanation video by a korean here: th-cam.com/video/fdJl1SL03Ac/w-d-xo.html you will definitely appreciate how genius bts' rapline is with wordplay, language, etc. it's a damn lit song too. i hope you enjoy!
D stands for Daegu which is part of korea where he was born and agus means suga backwards and TD means his underground rap name which was d-town(daegu-town)
You NEED to react to "who is bts: the seven members of Bangtan"! I clicked on your channel just to see a reaction to that video, and you haven't even reacted to it yet. I know it's long, but it explains everything so well. These guys aren't your typical kpop boyband, they aren't nearly as controlled as other kpop groups. And they actually write their own stuff, which kpop bands are generally not allowed to do.
You should definitely react to Ddaeng and the explanation of the lyrics It is hands down one of the most impressive rap songs they have they are lyrical geniuses
Here are some of the rapline songs you should check out! Cyphers 1-4 ( Rapline) Hansang ( Jhope) Joke ( RM) Hip hop phile ( Rapline) - They pay homemage to some of the American/Korean rappers that inspire them Outro Tear Live Ver ( Rapline) MFBTY BUKABUKU ( RM Featured in it) Tony Montana ( Suga ft Jimin)
Btw, the rappers in BTS are always spitting bars no matter the song. They all have their parts in almost every song. I also suggest checking DDAENG and the explanation by DKDKTV because I bet you've NEVER seen anything like that before. But be sure to check the lyrics so when you watch the explanation you understand how amazing the wordplay is 😊
For more rap you should listen to RM- do you and mono Suga- nevermind, the last, tony montana, give it to me Jhope- daydream, airplane, chicken noodle soup You should also listen to the cyphers (there are 4) and ddaeng(I recommend that you watch an explanation video about that one so that you can understand what ddaeng means in the ways they use it)
You are the only reactor to put together that hes talking about the place hes from. Deagu town is where he is from. And fun fact Agust D is DT suga spelt backwards the DT stand for daegu town of course. Funny thing also he is actually born in March hes a fellow pisces like me. 💜 you should check out his song Give it to me next it also has a music video. The other rappers are rm, and jhope. Since you like more hiphop stuff i suggest checking out the groups earlier songs its really hiphop heavy some songs would be We are bulletproof part 2, N.O, and no more dream. Honestly any album before 2015 is very hiphop sounding and you would probably really like them. This video is getting a like from me. Loved the reaction!
Ddaeng on SoundCloud is such a sleeper hit by BTS rappers. You might need to watch an explanation video to understand all the metaphors and appreciate the cultural meaning in it but it’s a crazy brilliant song.
D is Daeugu, South Korea that's his hometown. Agust D is like his alter ego where he can say things he cant say as Suga from BTS. He straight going off. 😁
AGUST D, when you read it backwards without D T it's SUGA, his stage name, real name is Min Yoongi. DT means Daegu Town, his hometown😊 btw, he's also called Mr. Tongue Technology ...can't wait for your Cyphers reaction..
The James Brown sample is so sick. It was probably mentioned already but Agust D = DT Suga. DT stands for Daegu Town (stylised as D-TOWN), which was the name of the underground hip hop group he was in when he was young; Daegu is his home city. Also, kpop in general puts a lot of emphasis on its rappers. Since a group in the 90s called Seo Taiji and Boys popularised combining different genres like funk, soul and disco with rap verses, it became a tradition for pretty much every kpop song to have a rap verse - every kpop group has at least one rapper. Sometimes it feels kinda forced and weird, especially when it comes out of nowhere with a total switch up from a bubblegum pop song, but they're usually so talented they make it work. Korean as a language I feel has a natural cadence to it that helps it sound good when singing and rapping. RM's Joke has already been recommended, but I'd also recommend exploring beyond BTS as well. T.O.P.'s song Doom Dada is an amazing rap song with a weird ass video. He's from a legendary group called Big Bang. There's also hip hop artists in Korea like BeWhY; check out his recent songs Challan and Gottasadae. Very creative instrumentals and diverse flows. You could also check out some other idol groups that are known for their excellent rapping, such as the girl group Blackpink (check out Whistle, Ddu Du Ddu Du, Boombayah first) and boy group Stray Kids (check out Miroh, Hellevator, District 9 first). I could go on and list hundreds of artists and songs but I'll spare you that for now.
i love you reaction! you spill an honest reaction, I hope you always will and keep it that up. looking forward to the ' bts cypher medley' reaction💜 anyway D is for Daegu, a city in south korea which is where he is born. and agustD is the backward for DT suga, Daegu town suga... so yeah agustD means suga that from Daegu town.
Thank you for this reaction! Btw, D is Daegu suga’s hometown in Korea. He meant about THE SO CALLED RAPPERS in Korea to shut their mouths 😂 before those rappers who roast them for leaving the underground rap , because k-pop are lame basically for those so called Korean rappers that being mean to them. Thank u for this reaction ♥️
There are 3 rappers in BTS - RM , Suga and Jhope and they have their respective albums as well. Since you already know about the cyphers , Here are their albums - RM - Mono AgustD - AgustD Jhope - Hope world DEFINITELY CHECK IT ALL OUT
i wonder how he will feel when he realizes we call him lil meow meow
lol I showed Agust D to my boyfriend years ago and he got hooked into him so I basically introduced Suga and he became his BTS bias afterwards. Then when I called him Lil meow meow he got angry with a "why you callin' my bro like that?" face and I showed him some memes about it. He questioned me a lot after that lmaooo

Agust D is Suga from Daegu !! 2. BOY MEETS EVIL COMEBACK TRAILER
3. TEAR (BY BTS' RAPLINE)
4. MA CITY (LIVE PERFORMANCE FROM HYYH CONCERT)

"The Last" is a pretty good song too, please watch the lyric video, the lyrics are key
(They all have mixtapes btw)
RM: Joke; Moonchild; Forever Rain, Do You
Jhope: Daydream; Airplane; baseline
Suga: give it to me; the last, suga's interlude
~As a rapline: DDAENG ; Outro: Tear; Outro: HER; all the cyphers
Yoongi (Suga/Agust D's real name) is from Daegu lol so he's from the D, he always calls himself a d-boy :) thanks for the reaction btw
I think you would love “Do You” by RM and “Outro: Tear” by the whole rap line. Two of my favorites! The cyphers are fire as well! Also the vocal line has some cool stuff too like “Singularity” by V and “Lie” by Jimin.

AGUST D means agus= suga backwards dt= which is his past underground rap group called 'd- town'
Also his basketball position, "shooting guard", suga 👍
the "D" is reffering to his hometown Daegu. Agust D is basically DT Suga reversed (DT = Daegu Town)
If you want to hear more about the rappers (jhope, RM and suga) the BTS rapline has a series of cyphers, there are 4 in total, you might want to check those out, there's lyrics videos of the cyphers so you can understand what they're saying and follow along, also each of the rappers have mixtapes
RM: ''RM'' and ''Mono''
Suga: ''AGUST D''
J-Hope: ''Hope World''
To paraphrase Suga's own words, "If you listen without prejudice, you will like our music".
RM- Joke, Awakening, Do You, Moonchild
Suga(Agust D)- The Last, Give It To Me, First Love
J-Hope- Airplane, Hangsang, Boy Meets Evil, Baseline
I love your interpretation of lyrics - it is clear you just FEEL it. Honestly, you are becoming one of my favourite youtuber reacting to BTS cause you care about what they try to tell us with their songs :)
I will skip recommending you songs you could react to cause I see a lot of people in the comment section already did it.
I hope that at some point you will become interested in them as people - there is a lot of videos showing their more "human" side. Please, let us know when you are ready to get to know them :)
Also, from time to time give a chance to vocal line, they are awesome - just to make your reaction more diverse :)
The beginning of the song is a sample of James Brown's it's man's man world.
aka this wasn't BEFORE bts, this song was released in 2016 which is 3 years after their debut lol.
From D, because Suga from Deagu-Korea. I really recommended Agust D "The Last" 🔥🔥🔥
My favourite thing about this song - the beat is made from a sample of James Brown “It’s A Mans World”... Yoongi’s production is no joke 🤩🤩🤩
if you listen closely you can hear “nothing” and “man made the cars” sampled, as well as the brass from the start of the song
Great reaction! I recommend
Joke-RM
Base Line-JHope
Ddaeng
There is this Hip-Hop hidden gem from RM that not many people talk about, but it's honestly my favourite collaboration with western artist and the meaning is deep and all in English too. Try 'Change' feat. Wale.
He's actually sampling James Brown. Since you like Hip Hop, check out some of BTS's earlier work such as No More Dream or We are Bulletproof, pt. 2.
They were supposed to debut as a hip hop group, so some of their older stuff has a lot of rap and intense hip hop dances. React to their debut tracks.
give it to me is so cool, react to rapline's songs:
Solos:
1. Agust D - Give it to me
2.RM - Joke & Awakening
3.J-Hope - Baseline & HANGSANG
Rapline together:
1.Cypher pt1-4
2.Cypher Medley Live
3.Tear Live (find the one that has subs)
4. DDAENG & The explained video from DKDKTV cause its to complicated to understand thru just reading it bc there a lot of wordplays and korean references
It was so cool to watch your reaction!! You have a personnality i like 🙌 And it I can recommend you something appart from the 4 cyphers, it would be "ddaeng" and "tear" from bts 💜
And u can listen to their mixtapes (agust got 1, rm 2, hope 1) too if u r interested
Also if you want to here Suga's more emotional and raw song react to The Last. He still raps like a beast but talks about real shit about himself and his past.
Oh you HAVE to listen to Ddaeng + the explanation by a korean (dkdktv)
It’s actually so cute to watch his journey into becoming a fan of BTS and how he falls in love a tiny bit more🥰🥰
Pretty sure that Yoongi (Suga) made the beat as well. Honestly one of favorite songs ever 😎
Mad love for rocking the purple, yes this mug went hammm. Can not wait for your reaction to RM-Joke 6our not going be able to breath from all the smoke and flames coming off that.
You are DEEEEFINITELY going to want to watch RM’s “Joke(music video with lyrics)” and “Do You”
watch cypher 1-4, outro tear, ddaeng,.. these from rapline
Here's the link to the video with English subtitles. Enjoy!

Our spitfire Yoongi aka #AGUSTD was the lyricist, composer and producer for this 2016 mixtape! It was released Free (FUSE ranked it as one of the best mixtapes of 2016)
Rereleased 2 years later in 2018; “Agust D” reached #3 on Billboard's World Albums Chart, #5 on the Heatseekers Albums chart, and #74 on the Top Album Sales chart!💥
Min Yoongi was 23 yrs old when he released Agust D.... 🔥
Just a heads up dont let us confuse you when we call Suga by any of his names! Suga = Yoongi(His birth name), Suga (BTS Stage name), Agust D (solo name).
suga is from daegu town which is why he says "i'm from the d"
min yoongi is his real name. suga is his stage name. agust d is his alter ego.
agust d is basically suga spelt backwards and the dt stands for daegu town where he grew up in korea.
I believe daegu town is the name of the underground rap group he was in pre debut but i might be wrong so don't quote me.
He is from Daegu Town💜
Also you need to react to his whole Agust D mixtape please🙏
'' The Last '' by Suga aka Agust D lyrics video because there's no music video is must to watch
You should also try his song "The Last" its story of his struggles during his teenage years. its a sad song but you will able to know him more after listening to that
Bro, the whole Agust D album tho.
That's all fire🔥🔥🔥
You need to listen to
Joke by RM
Give it to me by suga
The last by suga
Do you by RM
Chicken noodle soup by J_hope
Cypher 1_4
Outro:tear by BTS (J_hope goes off)
We go by BTS
Daeng bt BTS
And all the other bts songs
Just to let you know, everyone of these guys is equally amazing at what they do, and they all have their own thing.
Then they come together and blend to hone their craft, from writing desk to stage performances. Everything, with purpose and heartfelt. 💜💜💜🔥🔥🌎
The real avengers of kpop.
BTS Cypher 2 - Suga's part has some of the coldest lyrics. I appreciate you take the time to take in the lyrics and not just their flow!
Here’s the link of the performance. It’s worth watching! th-cam.com/video/azxsjP-U7SE/w-d-xo.html
Agust d's "the last" is my life song. So deeeep ryrics and amazing beat. I want to recommand the last♥
Baseline from J-Hope
agust d stands for suga (backwards : agus ) and the td stands for D-town/Daegu town, which 1; is his hometown (Daegu), and 2; the hip-hop crew D-town, where he was working as a producer/rapper before he debuted with bts (funfact: his name back then was gloss ^^)
Funny how now they sell 3.42 million in a week without promotion currently
There are also the rap songs they have on the BTS albums and on soundcloud as well
There’s Outro: Tear , Ddaeng, cyphers 1,2,3,4
Also LOVING your reactions so far ❤️
Wow so happy you choose this song!! Our Yoongi is 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Flames indeed! Watch "The Last" another Agust D shocker.
Over here on my journey about watching reactions, right now I'm in Agust D appreciation phase. So here I go reacting to this.
Korean rapper sampling James Brown. Yoongi deserves a flame just for that.
i watched all your bts reactions and i respect you! love how you pay attention to their lyrics and try to break it down. one of the biggest reasons bts has such a huge fanbase is because of their message. it's just incredible how positive their influence is on people. they talk about mental health, politics, oppression, self-love, etc. and they're very good with introspection. it shows through all of their songs which they produce, write, and compose themselves.
most of their songs, music videos, and lyrics have literary and film references. they also have an ongoing story arc (BU - Bangtan Universe) which i don't expect you to dive into but everything you'll hear or see from them afterwards will be thrice more impactful. to put it simply, bts just makes albums documenting their journey from adolescence to adulthood. from building their dreams, to their struggles, their sacrifices, to their growth, their vulnerabilities, and defining their happiness while on the road to self-love and knowing themselves.
i would recommend you reacting to some very special BTS songs:
Born Singer (2013) BTS' remake to J. Cole's 'Born Sinner' - th-cam.com/video/8cUQ3lF3_O8/w-d-xo.html
/i'm hoping you'll react to this because you'll understand them way more faster and deeper than explain videos etc. just understanding the lyrics to bts songs will give you good knowledge about their history, experiences, and character./
Nevermind (2015) - th-cam.com/video/8XszuvnvzyU/w-d-xo.html
Epiphany (2018) - th-cam.com/video/fIkZOLsnoqY/w-d-xo.html
Ma City (2015) - th-cam.com/video/rOCyL3SVsi0/w-d-xo.html
Live - th-cam.com/video/nb-H3DdXNUA/w-d-xo.html
No More Dream, Just One Day, & I Like It (Live Band Ver.) - th-cam.com/video/BFqF-3qTzRg/w-d-xo.html
/this one doesn't have eng subtitles but you'll see each of the member's charm when performing with a live band in a chill setting. appreciate their flows and energy together/
oh and i see a lot of people requesting ddaeng. watch the lyric video here: th-cam.com/video/LbSU1_SG91w/w-d-xo.html and watch the explanation video by a korean here: th-cam.com/video/fdJl1SL03Ac/w-d-xo.html
you will definitely appreciate how genius bts' rapline is with wordplay, language, etc. it's a damn lit song too. i hope you enjoy!
Cypher part 2!!!! SUGA RM AND JHOPE GOES CRAZYY
I swear every time I watch an Agust D reaction. They all say *I'm from the D too!!!!* 😂
The last is probably my favorite Agust D song, its deep, personal, and is fire rap
D stands for Daegu which is part of korea where he was born and agus means suga backwards and TD means his underground rap name which was d-town(daegu-town)
Listen to the whole rapline in Outro: Tear live version- it has English subs!
Suga is stage name.
Min Yoongi is real name.
AgustD is his other stage name (for his solo raps and mixtapes).
You should definitely react to Ddaeng and the explanation of the lyrics
It is hands down one of the most impressive rap songs they have they are lyrical geniuses
Here are some of the rapline songs you should check out!
Cyphers 1-4 ( Rapline)
Hansang ( Jhope)
Joke ( RM)
Hip hop phile ( Rapline) - They pay homemage to some of the American/Korean rappers that inspire them
Outro Tear Live Ver ( Rapline)
MFBTY BUKABUKU
( RM Featured in it)
Tony Montana ( Suga ft Jimin)
You pause however much you like. ARMY appreciates appreciation.
Btw, the rappers in BTS are always spitting bars no matter the song. They all have their parts in almost every song. I also suggest checking DDAENG and the explanation by DKDKTV because I bet you've NEVER seen anything like that before. But be sure to check the lyrics so when you watch the explanation you understand how amazing the wordplay is 😊
Rapline have a song called Outro: Tear and Ddaeng which are literal god tier songs and I 10000% recommend listening to them!!
2:27 lol look at Yoongi 😂😂
The last, so far away and give it to me is my favorite on his album
For more rap you should listen to
RM- do you and mono
Suga- nevermind, the last, tony montana, give it to me
Jhope- daydream, airplane, chicken noodle soup
You should also listen to the cyphers (there are 4) and ddaeng(I recommend that you watch an explanation video about that one so that you can understand what ddaeng means in the ways they use it)
You are the only reactor to put together that hes talking about the place hes from.
The last by Agust D is really good. He opens up about his struggles there. I hope you will do a reaction to that too.
And by from D he means he's from Daegu town
Tongue Technology
...can't wait for your Cyphers reaction..
I could go on and list hundreds of artists and songs but I'll spare you that for now.
i love you reaction! you spill an honest reaction, I hope you always will and keep it that up. looking forward to the ' bts cypher medley' reaction💜
anyway D is for Daegu, a city in south korea which is where he is born. and agustD is the backward for DT suga, Daegu town suga... so yeah agustD means suga that from Daegu town.
I really recommend BTS song TEAR, i know there is a live performance with english lyrics to it
The 4 cyphers and cypher medley where they rap parts of each cypher live. It lit.
Agust D backwards is "Dtsuga" which means Daegu Town Suga.
“The D” is Daegu. That’s where he’s from 👍🏾
React to 'Change' by RM (BTS lead raper) ft. Wale or 'Do you' by RM too.
When it comes to august d, feel free to do a breakdown. The cyphers too. I personally don't mind an appreciation for the lyricist.
We're perfectly fine with you pausing 😊
There are 3 rappers in BTS - RM , Suga and Jhope and they have their respective albums as well.
Since you already know about the cyphers ,
Here are their albums -
RM - Mono
AgustD - AgustD
Jhope - Hope world
DEFINITELY CHECK IT ALL OUT
