Poor running condition on a diesel motor fixed due to a clogged fuel filter with other points to consider. A possible way to diagnose why your diesel motor will not run properly.
Note: A restriction can also be present in the return piping between the injector pump and the fuel tank. If you get good flow from the tank to the injector pump, then you need to check the return piping. If all of that is clear, then you will need to diagnose from the injector pump to the injectors.
