Home prices are criminally high. 3 to 4 times what they are worth with even if it goes down its still too high.

Sellers shouldn't panic (because they purchased the house for far less than current market value) , buyers on the other hand should expect rapid depreciation after purchasing their home, because supply is going up, demand is going down, and consumer fluidity is drying up. If you can wait, you should wait.

Won't really matter until Homeowner insurance travesty is fixed. Can't sell if you do not have insurance coverage. Can't buy if you can’t get coverage. Then you now also have to buy flood insurance. Your energy costs have gone up. The legislature approved the 45% increase earlier this year.

Sellers should panic, take the loss now or walk away in two or three years when you can't keep up with insurance ,gas and electric . Sell now people are losing jobs and it isn't December yet when you see people laid off right before Christmas. It happened in 2009 and we are going repeat. You might have to walk away from your mortgage if you loose your precious high paying job.

Home prices will likely stagnate for the next few years until people's income make home buying affordable again. If home insurance keeps spiking and becomes completely unaffordable in Florida then there will be a large increase in inventory which will lower prices.

Here in Delray Beach homes are 100-400 percent higher in price vs the start of 2021. It is all driven by flippers and investors hoarding homes.

They are ruining Florida, Interest rates are high, ridiculously high homeowners insurance rates, why are they still moving here? Florida home prices are regional& and we know this! Homes in Eloise orv winter haven are not going to List the same, or get the price, as a home in Haines city, or Davenport, or the 4 corners area. It's a difficult time for everyone, financially. The economy , real estate will self correct, it will "crash " like it did feds, and the banks will have to lower rates.
