And that’s a good thing, family is important no matter what happens. I had a huge rift in my own family for years, it was painful, we are just now starting to reconcile also thanks to some other more “neutral” family members. Regardless who is in the right or wrong we should all root for that, instead of feeding on the drama.

Or you could look at it that Charles obeyed Mountbatten's advice to choose a suitable wife over the woman he loved because that was the way to avoid a conflict with the Monarch's role and duty to the Church of England since Camilla married Andrew after Charles went overseas & never proposed to her because she had a past. So if he had wanted to marry her, shed have had to divorce. They had been stung by Elizabeth's uncle's abdication which ended up making her the heir. Now both King and Queen are divorced, but Charles didn't marry until Diana had passed.
I understand where his coming from but blood is thicker than water wishing him Peace and healing from whatever his family allegedly caused him. his wife can deny him but his family can never do that even if they wanted too .. he will always be in attendance to every family event. So hopefully all will end well for him even if it's not today.

This is why cousins are such a precious thing. There is a very special bond and love with cousins. I have a bigger bond with mine than with my own brother that I do love dearly. But I do feel that some of my cousins love me and respect me more. If I ever got married I would invite them all. The York girls are wonderful people, and Harry will always have them, it seems. They haven’t abandoned him just because public opinion, instrumentalized by the media as it was, has turned against him; and that is called character, spine and integrity! The lesson being that one should only focus on those who love us and are kind to us, and that’s that.
The "York girls" haven't abandoned Harry because he hasn't given them reason to, unlike what he's done to other members of the Royal Family in his interviews and his book.
To be fair, it looked as though the York sisters had nothing more than polite short conversation with him. His main source of conversation was with the husband of one of them.

The now Queen should have been the King's original wife, but that wasn't allowed at the time and that is the shame of it all. That was in the past. He helped to set up a mental health charity yet was unable to help his wife with her supposed mental health issues. He talks about privacy yet invades his family's and friends privacy by revealing things in his book and interviews. He's lived off sympathy from the public for his mother's death yet lots of children lose their parents and don't have the privilege or support he's had. He's not very intelligent but at least he had a role in the UK working with charities and he had support from family, now he's got nothing apart from his children which when they divorce will remain with her, his wife is controlling and using him. We can all see it. He is a lost man, in a country he never wanted to live in.

Really the coronation was so grand, it made H&M seem so utterly irrelevant by comparison. I was also struck by the comparison of Williams oath of loyalty and his love compared to Harry’s bitter betrayal of his family. It would be great if those two and their lack of talent and skill would fade into obscurity. The Wales are the future.
