One time I was disappointed that no one at church recognized my testimony at fast sunday. A week later as I was helping clean our church there was a person helping me who told me that he liked my testimony and was grateful for it. I felt Jesus and Heavenly Father’s love and light for me at that moment. And I learned that I don’t need recognition from anyone because Jesus will always be there for me and be my light. I went through depression and anxiety, dramas created by family members,and I can say it destroyed me so bad. I want to do the same thing they did to me, but I knew my Father in heaven had other plans for me. He touched my heart through my leaders and He passed the message through my leaders that if I humble myself and believe He’s controlling the wheel, then I will be free. Forgiving them will heal me and set me free. So my sister in law and I prepared a meal and give it to them as a way of asking forgiveness. I testify that doing what the Lord intended me set me free. Right now I just focus on my health and move forward. HE light my path and show me how I handle things and I’m grateful 🫶🏻

It made me think of The Book of Mormon because I feel like people connect with The Book of Mormon when they recognize the relatability that it has in their life.
