That's mostly right, but you don't want to cap out on Crit either, so it's a balance of Crit and Haste in the middle. They're almost equal. Raidbots' SIMs have been a little off for a while now though.
Herald is not very far from Templar in all content, if you feel more confident playing Templar, and don't mind losing maybe 5% dps on the top end, you should play it. The only reason Templar is taken nowadays is that Single Target is better for M+ because every dungeon beyond 10+ is both Fortified and Tyrannical.
@@danielyang8270 It's absolutely possible that's true. The main thing as the key levels get higher is that Bosses are the primary pain points, and Templar offers more ST while still doing good AoE.
