There are 9 different models in this series. Your model may need more or less rollers but the procedure is the same on all of them.
Start by making sure the printer is off for at least 15 minutes and unplugged. Approach the printer from the front and open the tray door.

When I change my ITB Transfer, it shows the old one memory. I have tryed in 2 different printers. Can I reset transfer memory? Do you know how to do it?

Only a new or properly refurbished M652/M653/M681/M682 transfer belt will reset its life count. And it will only reset once - the first time it installed in a printer.
