I am normally not into toys and just saw this skull accidentally in a German paper brochure and wanted to find out what this is about.
Still, I don't understand even a tiny bit why there should be green slime on dinosaur skulls. Or is it about the other way around - slime WITH dinosaur skulls?

I could definitely see the the head being repurposed for a trap that holds a treasure chest where you had to either solve some puzzles inside the mouth like a escape room or escape out the back door of the dinosaur.
Or maybe a simple Halloween decoration
