Maize, you made an amazing Oxtail recipe! Great ingredients, and great tips as you cook! Important tip to keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom and to keep and eye on it! That is experience talking right there! :) You got to cook for a long time but that is how it gets so soft and tender! Lima beans came in at the end, easy peasy after all that cooking of the oxtail! I wish I could have been there to share that meal with you! Excellent recipe. I love it! :D

I’m a vegan but use to eat meat. My parents are from Belize and these are reminding me of their oxtails. I bet this taste fire! 😂
